Το σπίτι αποτελείται από ένα ευρύχωρο σαλόνι με σόμπα έναν μεγάλο γωνιακό καναπέ, δορυφορική τηλεόραση και μια ολοκληρωμένη τραπεζαρία με θέα στον κήπο. Η πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα διαθέτει σόμπα με φούρνο, ψυγείο-καταψύκτη, πλυντήριο πιάτων και καφετιέρα. Ένα υπνοδωμάτιο με δύο μονά κρεβάτια (0,90 m Χ 2,00 m).
