Our multi-generation family just had an absolutely wonderful stay at Capturin Moments for two nights right after Christmas. We loved the fire pit, pool/ping pong table, corn hole area and kids cubby. We appreciated the beach chairs and toys, as well as pack and play. Location was perfect, a short, easy walk to the beach. The home was incredibly clean, had everything we needed and everyone agreed we would love to stay here again, just longer next time. Thank you, Lynette, for the great communication and response time.

We had the most wonderful Thanksgiving/family reunion at Capturin Moments! The house is fantastic for multi family gatherings. Wonderful shared spaces both inside and outside. It really did have everything we could have asked for! We loved the easy beach access! The Santa Rosa area is so beautiful and laid back! Lynette was such a wonderful host! Always quick to answer any questions and gave some great advice on things to do in the area. We highly recommend this beautiful home and Lynette!

Family reunion

It was a lovely stay and room for my 15 family members. The food out couches or futons are a little hard but if it’s for kids it works. We had room. The pool is good for little kids. The owner was very responsive and helpful.

Wonderful Place to stay!

This house was perfect for our large, multi-age, multi-interest group! The location was excellent for our beach visits—it really is a 4 min walk to the Dune Allen public beach access. The house is comfortable, clean, and there is a lot of room for people to hang out in their own spaces or all together. The outside spaces are comfortable and inviting. The teens/kids enjoyed playing ping pong, corn hole, and the bunch of board games. I don’t have anything but good things to say about our stay. We all said we’d happily stay here again!

We had a great time with our family at Capturin’ Moments. The house was clean, spacious, a short walk to the beach, and the beach toys were plentiful which were a big hit with the grandkids! The host was very responsive all thru the process.We look forward to our next visit to FL!

Lynette and Capturin' Moments was a great experience

We beooked this for our annual men's church fishing trip. Lynette was a great and accomodating host. The place was incredible. Everything was just like the pictures. Beautiful, clean and had all the amenities you need for a great experience!

Family Vacation

We stayed at Capturing Moments: September 20-23.. It exceeded our expectation! Everything was awesome! The place was breath-taking! The house had everything you will need from dish & utensils to board games!! Will rent again

This house was big enough for everyone comfortably. Lots of amenities for entertainment. Great location to walk to the the public beach entrance and Stinky's. Stinky's is great for breakfast and listening to a band at night. The host was very easy to communicate with if we needed anything. The kitchen is well stocked the only two things we could have used was a whisk and muffin tin. The house has some chairs in the garage. The master bedroom upstairs has a lot of natural light coming through the peak and the glass doors, you get a peak of the gulf through the glass doors, too. We will rent the house again!

Family Vacation June 2024

This was the perfect home for our family vacation. We had 10 adults and a 15 month old. We stayed 6 nights and there was plenty of space for everyone. We were so glad to have plenty of parking space for our 4 vehicles and 2 golf carts. The pool table room was perfect for the young adults to hang out late at night and not disturb the rest of the house. The pool was also nice to sit and relax in after a day at the beach. There were plenty of beach chairs and toys in the garage. We brought our own umbrellas and had everything we needed for the beach. We rented golf carts for the week and enjoyed having them to go back and forth with all of our things for the beach. It took less than 2 minutes to get there! The beach house is in an excellent location for Dune Allen beach and so many places to eat and shop. This end of 30A is definitely less crowded and we were glad our house was on that end. Lynette was such a great host and was so quick to answer questions and give recommendations!!

Quick Stay, wish it was longer

We stayed from Thursday to Sunday. It was a great location, easy walk to the beach. We didn't kniw what to think about the pool, but it was great. Thinking about adding the same thing to our house. House was clean. Would stay there again.

Great family beach house

We were on rhe hint for a reasonably priced house with 4 or more bedrooms and found this great home. It had everything we needed. Plenty of space and Lynette (one of the owners) was so communicative. Any questions i had, she answered (sometimes when i just knew she would be asleep and expected an answer the next day). The kitchen was our mainstay and was grwat for meals for a family of 9. We had a great time and were comfortable. The house is ACTUALLY (so many places will underestimate or flat out lie) a 5 minute walk from the beach!! Thanks for a great beach getaway!

Family Christmas 2023

The property was the perfect place for us to enjoy our family Christmas vacation. There were 9 adults and 2 children traveling in our group, the house was large enough to accommodate all of us comfortably. The pool table, corn hole boards, and dart board gave us something to do in the evening. The beach was a nice, leisurely walk away. We will definitely book this property again if we are in the area.

Home was loved ❤️by all the adult kids and grandkids plenty to do for all us and lots of space. Pool table was definitely enjoyed and PlayStation room. Stock tank pool was so enjoyed and stress free for babies and toddlers and relaxing for adults. Walking distance to beach was only 2 blocks away. A/C was super cold. 2nd fridge worked perfect for all beverages. We had plenty of space for 16 people. Everything you need for the beach is stored in the garage. Thank you so much to Lynette for staying in touch . Even though we never needed anything. Will definitely recommend to friends and family 😊🏖️❤️

Can’t wait to come back!

Amazing… the house layout was perfect for blended ages of adults, teens, and youngsters. Everyone had ample private space no matter why their needs. More beach gear than anyone could ever need is provided. The proximity to the beach was great, we didn’t need to rent golf carts or worry about parking , as we were so close! Perfection!

Our visit to Capturn' Moments was absolutely perfect! The booking and checking out and everything in between could not have gone more smoothly. When we pulled into the driveway, I knew we had made the right decision in our vacation home selection. The house was immaculately clean and pleasingly decorated. Our family of seventeen had plenty of room to spread out. The common areas were spacious enough to accommodate our group, and the house had plenty of entertainment to keep the kids happy. My grandkids absolutely loved the pool. Even more than the beach! The location was perfect, too. The beach was a very short walk away, and we were close to plenty of state parks and other activities that we wanted to do. Lynette and Steve, the hosts, are some of the nicest people you will ever meet. My questions about the home were always answered within minutes, and they both made me feel like I was family. I would definitely visit their home again and wholeheartedly recommend it to my friends totally without any reservations. Thank you, Lynette and Steve, for making my son's graduation trip perfect.

Friends spring break 2023

We had a great time at Capturin’ Moments!!! Lynette was always available and answered my questions quickly. We had 3 families staying together with kids ranging in age from 7-16. There was plenty of room for everyone to have there space. The kids loved the secret hideout in there room on the top floor! The walk to the beach was so fast. They had lots of chairs and beach things available for use too! This area has become our new favorite florida vacation spot!! So many fun things to do!

Christmas Memories

Our family loved staying at Capturin’ Moments. The space was perfect for our needs with plenty to do there and nearby. We set up a Christmas tree in the spacious living area and opened presents Christmas morning. We played board games at the large dining table, put together a puzzle on the kitchen island, and played pool and ping pong in the game room. Outside we played cornhole and made S’mores on the fire pit. It was a quick trip to the beach with some of their plentiful beach toys, and we hopped over to Seaside to eat and shop one afternoon. There was plenty of room to play together and still private enough for us not to wake the four toddlers during nap time or late night games. They had everything we needed and then some.
