Top-notch Host

Excellent accommodations. We visited in mid-July 2025, and during an unusual heat wave - weather. The bedroom was very warm and the AC unit was struggling to cool the entire apartment. One text to the host, and within hours a second portable AC unit was installed by the maintenance crew. No questions, no trouble, just an apology and an immediate solution to address our concern. Issued resolved! We can’t say enough about how responsive the host was and friendly. The host was genuinely interested in ensuring a positive experience. Oh, and the location is great - walking distance to the waterfront, restaurants, and short (5 minute) drive to beach, and shopping. We will definitely returning to the area and staying here again.

Beautiful in Beverly

Clean, comfortable and lovely. Water view was a nice bonus. Short walk to downtown and waterside parks. Host was very accommodating and responsive. The Anchor Pub at the bottom of the street is a fun little dive bar! And Toscano just around the corner at the top of the hill is a great Italian restaurant.
