If possible when booking be sure to specify a room WITHOUT interconnecting doors because if you end up with one you might as well be in a shared dorm. The soundproofing is next to nothing and when asking the front desk to change room they said they were 'full' with no other rooms available and told me to get in contact with the front desk should the disturbance continue. I proceeded to do so a few hours later via their live chat feature to which I received no response. Highly poor experience for what classes itself as 'The Hotel With Everything Under One Roof' - except space and silence.

Everything about our stay was perfect. The room was very clean, bed extremely comfortable. What stood out most was the efficiency and friendliness of the staff. Particularly friendly and efficient was Karen in the restaurant. She was welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. We went to breakfast and 2 of our party had special dietary requirements. Karen went out of her way to answer any questions we had and was very knowledgeable. We will definitely return.

Terrible experience, the tv did not work for 4 days during my stay and the hotel did nothing to compensate for this issue. The whole floor was complaining about the tv issues the manager was useless.

The staff were adequate but not particularly hospitable. Check in was delayed to around 3:20 as we were told the room was not ready. We requested some extra pillows via the online chat service at around 7pm, but nothing ever materialised and no one contacted us about it. Stay was otherwise okay, but service was abit lacking.
