I love the area where the hotel is located and the individual bungalows/apts perched atop a hill overlooking the sea/ Bulabog beach. If you want the legit tropical accommodation this is the place. Especially love the very attentive/responsive staff. Zero complaints and highly recommend.

Rooms were spacious and clean. Staff were attentive and helpful. Free breakfast were delicious with lots of options. Across the street from beach. Transport required a little bit of walking as the e-jeepney tends to wait a little further (only a few minutes walk and only an inconvenience of raining). Lots of steps to different level for the rooms so elderly and disabled should be aware. Only complaint would be the lack of lighting at the last set of steps to the 2 bedroom apartment. Advisable to the staff to add lighting at the top of the steps or around the railing as it's very dark at night to go back to room at these last steps.

Very friendly staff. All modern conveniences. Great wifi. Ralph is great and lives on the property. It’s a walk to white sand beach, but quiet and we loved it. Lots of steps.

The fact that they gave us a jug of water during our stay and replaced it with a new full one when they cleaned our room was one of the things that surprised me and having a cold water inside the mini fridge was a little detail I thought was really thoughtful.

I love the architectural design. It sits on a hill so there is natural stone, trees, etc. that is a part of the building and landscape. It is so beautiful and interesting. You can sit for hours looking out at the ocean relaxing in different places on the property designed to enjoy nature. How serene!

Loud and bare bones

Partly my fault as I did not realize this was a party oriented hotel. Construction on either side of hotel impairing views. Come out in morning and empty beer bottle laying everywhere. Cigarette trays full of ashes throughout Hotel. Lots of smokers. Smokers obviously don’t care about themselves, why would they worry about waking you up when they come home drunk at 3 am. Kind of place to stay if your on a budget during college spring break which obviously has a place in the World, but not if you want cleanliness and a decent night of sleep. Below is the premier view from common air. “Partial view” from rooms is highly partial lol

Nice hotel not far from windy beach

Situated near Bulabog beach, some rooms have a great view to the sea. Rooms and bathrooms are big, beds are comfortable. Wifi working quite ok.
