Top-notch service and hospitality

Service and hospitality were top-notch! My only disappointment was the new transfer regulations — they no longer include transfers if the booking was made through a third-party vendor like Hotels.com. However, everything else was still spectacular: the rooms, breakfast buffet, staff service, and the smooth check-in and check-out process. I’ll definitely return to Crimson Boracay in the future! 😊

What an amazing vacation spot! The view from my room left me in awe! The beach is beautiful, the pools always had lifeguards and were so kind. The breakfast buffet in the morning was so delicious and had so many choices of foods from different countries. Staff was amazing and provided exceptional customer service. I definitely see myself coming back here for my next vacation to Boracay. Thank you for making me and my kids’ stay such a memorable one.

When I go back to Boracay, i will only stay at Crimson. From the moment they picked us up to the moment we left, we were very well taken care of. The staff was so very friendly with genuine smiles. They take care of you!!! They even had a nurse check my mom when she was not feeling well. I can't stress that enough. The facility is amazing. The pool, the beach, everything. We love it here!

Shout out to Ram Rodriguez for all the assistance she extended to us. No other place to be if in Boracay but Crimson. Breakfast is beyond compare. I Highly recommend this place if you go to Boracay.

First time in Boracay! The resort is a bit off the beaten path which was a plus for me! The private beach and various amenities made our stay one to remember! The room and sea view were absolutely perfect! The only drawback was the weather, as it is the rainy season but the rain didn’t stop us from enjoying all that the Crimson Resort and Boracay had to offer! Definitely recommend!
