A cozy and quaint historic home centered in a private hillside meadow with ocean views of Gros Morne mountain across the bay. This home has 3 upstairs bedrooms and 1 half bath, while downstairs has a full bath with shower, laundry/pantry, open concept kitchen/dining area, living room with woodstove and a sun porch that hosts two extra twin beds and additional sitting area. Private stone garden at back of house with shed, additional garage in driveway, and a patio door with deck off the main living area allows for beautiful views of Bonne Bay harbour and privacy offered by the greenery that lines the property. Ocean access just one minute from the front of the house, driveway/house access at the back of the house and walking distance to the main restaurants, theatres and shops in town. Ideal retreat experience for outdoor adventurers or indoor bibliophiles alike!
The vacation home is heated and features a kitchenette, 1.5 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine and a coffee maker.
