8th floor, pool view

This is a small studio that's just right for a couple. Well stocked kitchen with a Keurig. Plenty of towels, 2 beach chairs, and a large rolling cooler. We could've used more pillows and blankets. Beach is a 7-8 minute wwawalaway and is very crowde

Steps to the beach and several dining options. Condo was well appointed and very clean! Highly recommend. The only bad part of this trip was the 2 people in the HOA / Parking permit office. They were extremely rude and unwelcoming, but you only have to deal with them for a few minutes.

Nice stay

The place was exactly as expected, except the views were even better. Well stocked cooking supplies. The only thing I would suggest is to have a dresser behind the sofa so both of us could unpack our clothes. I know most units don't have one, but that would make the unit more livable for a longer stay.

Great location, but could use some sprucing up

The good: location, cost, owners. This is a fantastic area with beautiful call beaches and wildlife everywhere around the beach. You can cross the road and walk, or you can use the public parks which are beautiful and numerous. The owners were very communicative and made sure we were aware of anything we needed to know. The cons: cleanliness, decor. This is a very nice part of Florida and it looks like the decor was thrown together with what they found at a yard sale. The condos are listed at 350,000 dollars to purchase. At this price point it would be nice to have a little bit nicer furniture and things that match each other. Also, every single coffee cup in the cupboard had dried coffee inside. I know this is small, but really, really gross when you make a cup of coffee and you have to use a glass because they were put back dirty.

Great clean family weekend getaway

Loved staying 4th of July weekend with a 6 year old special needs child in this unit. We had a lovely time in the property pool and public beach located across the beach. The unit was extremely clean and had everything we needed for this weekend at the apartment. The owners were also very responsive. We will definitely be staying at this unit again & have already recommended the unit to friends.

My wife and I spent 4 nights in this condo and felt it met our needs perfectly. It was clean, comfortable, well stocked and included beach equipment we put to good use. The only improvement would have been a direct view of the beach, but we enjoyed the balcony space regardless. M & D

Great location

This condo is a short walk across the streeet to the beach. There are 2 nice pools on the property also. The condo was very comfortable for my husband and myself. The added plus was the owner having beach chairs, beach umbrella and coolers for us to use. Otherwise it’s $35/day at beach to rent chairs and an umbrella. The owner was very quick to reply to any questions/concerns. I would highly recommend this property and would rent here again.

Bonita Beach and Pickleball

Enjoyed our week. Convenient location. Loved the two Pickleball courts. People were so friendly. They have a great process to play so everyone gets to play and you meet people. The pool temperature was perfect. Appreciated the beach chairs and equipment.

Enjoyable stay

Wonderful location, short walk to beach. On property tennis courts, bocce ball, shuffleboard, pickle ball, basketball net and able to rent bikes and kayaks if you like. Local eateries within walking distance. Condo has everything you need for your stay. Kitchen well equipped, from a coffee maker to a margarita glass! There was even Sunday night bingo if you like.

Super Clean and Great Hopstality
