Do not stay here. Terrrible service, awful experience. We were unable to enter the property because the instructions were unclear. After having to go to a separate building to pick up keys, we then made it to the apartment building only to find the room locked. We contacted the property but as it was outside of their check in time (after 7.30pm) we could not reach anyone. We were forced to book another hotel and this company refused to refund the cost of the night despite us not staying in the room due to their error (the manager admitted the instructions were unclear.) Don't stay here.

We had high hopes for this place. The gathering area was so cute on their Expedia ad and it was in person also. I will start with the good stuff: The staff was absolutely wonderful. The room was clean and cute. It is also located in a good spot, a quick 10-15 minute walk to all the great shops and restaurants. But, the B&B is located on a VERY busy street. The air conditioning was not turned on at this time of year so we had to open the window, which brought in a nice, cool breeze. However, there was so much noise in the street outside that we had to keep the window closed, which made it hot and stuffy inside the room. Also, the noise was SO LOUD (and I can't emphasize this enough), that we could NOT sleep at all. We were woken up both nights we stayed there with people screaming in the streets for the entire night. The other complaint we had was the shower. It wasn't entirely closed and it made such a mess in the bathroom. The water splashed out of the shower enclosure and made a pool on the floor outside of it. The shower also did not drain quickly so we were standing in a pool of water during our shower. If you decide to get a room here, make sure you ask for a room off of the street side. You may be able to get some sleep while there.

Very friendly staff and great location. Property itself is in a very loud area. Very poor insulation from outside noise. There were 3 times where there was no hot water. Both in the evening and morning. I understand there might be more people showering at the same time but the last thing you want to do is wait an hour plus for water to get warm again.

Convenient location, clean and excellent staff. Easy access to all events and sights with many dining options. Can get a little noisy on Saturday (Bologna is a college town so ask for room off street) but otherwise mostly quiet and safe. Would recommend and would stay again.

We had a wonderful stay and our expectations were definitely exceeded. All staff was friendly but the two staff members that were there on our check-in and checkout days really went above and beyond. They were very helpful for us and we saw them giving extra care to some older guests as well. It's nice to see hospitality staff who seem to genuinely care.
