The place as a whole isn’t very clean. The room was clean when we got there but the halls and elevator were dirty and not vacuumed the whole time we were there.

Dirty Uncleaned Yucky

Dirty room. Socks, shoes and plastic lids under the bed. White stains on couch - easily removable. I thought of flipping the couch cushions, but there was more trash underneath it. Sheets were bad, black balls from overuse. It was such bad texture, but I didn’t even climb in the bed. A bunch of construction workers were partying and making noise until the wee hours in the morning right under the windows. Service was mediocre at best. I waited for 20 minutes to check out. There was nobody there. I won’t stay there again. Even though the building was new. CLEAN PLEASE!

Gorgeous hotel and rooms, most comfortable bed and pillows, great location right across from venue. Only issue we had was the fridge didn’t work but we were moved to another room right away. Staff was very friendly and professional and the maintenance man was as well. Definitely will stay here again!

I reserved our room 3 weeks in advance. When I got there I was told it was the "last" double queen room that was left. Uh, NO, it was reserved, it wasn't just what was left. The stated check in time was 3pm. We arrived at 3:40 pm and was told our room wasn't quite ready, it was still being cleaned. We had to wait in the lounge for over an hour and were told twice that it would be a few more minutes, when actually it was much longer than that. Having to wait on our room, by no fault of our own, put us way behind our schedule for the venue we were supposed to attend. It created a chaotic, unpleasant atmosphere.

The room was spacious, good place to relax, and real glass dishes. The bed really needed to be replaced. It was very lumpy. Also, someone tried opening my door about 4 in the moring. Thank God, it was well locked.

Pros: The kitchen for food prep, bed was pretty comfy, nice grassy areas and sidewalks to walk the dogs. The room seemed to have been updated. Cons: Hair everywhere. Dog hair. Human hair. It looked like someone got a haircut and didn't clean up. We ended up using damp paper towels to wipe the floors, which got soapy, which made us think the floors were not vacuumed but just had a wet mop run across them, leaving all the hair behind. The AC unit was loud, but that masked all the other hotel noises.

Not very clean. Friendly staff. Had to ask for a different room because it smelt like curry so bad. Next room didn’t smell but was definitely not as clean as it should have been.

Extended stay apartment living more than a hotel

The apartment was nice and clean inside. I liked the rolling desk and bed. Did not like the hallways. Long, dirty, smells from apartments cooking. It was fine but I dd nit love it
