kalitesiz bir deneyim

Girişte karşılama çok kötüydü. Araç park etmek için vale istediğimizde, valenin akşam mesaisinin olmadığı söylendi. Kendi aracımızı otoparka bırakıp eşyaları araçtan kendimiz taşıdık. Otelin lobisinin içi; camların kirliliğinden dolayı gözükmüyordu. Lobi tozlu, kirli ve havasızdı. Akabinde odaya geçtiğimizde odada ağır bir kokuyla karşılaştık. Yerler ve lavabolar toz içindeydi. Ayrıca bize deniz manzaralı diye satılan oda önümüzdeki villaların çatı shinglelarından başka bir şey görmüyordu. Otelin gündüz harici oda servisi bulunmadığı bilgisi de bizimle paylaşıldı. Mini barda da su harici herhangi bir içecek veya atıştırmalık bulunmuyordu. Tüm bunların üzerine otelin su hattından kahverengi ve çamurlu bir su gelmesi sebebiyle tuvaletlerden gün boyu kötü bir koku geliyordu. Otelin plaj havluları ve tuvaletleri çok eski, kirli ve bakımsızdı. Plaj kısmına getirilen yiyecekler özensiz ve kalitesizdi. Bodrum'a 15 yıldır sürekli gelen biri olarak yaklaşık 10 farklı otelde konakladım ama verilen paraya bu kadar değmeyen bir otelde ilk defa konakladım. Gerçekten çok keyifsiz ve kalitesiz bir deneyimdi.

Otelin konumu iyiydi, tüm odalar deniz manzaralı idi. Oda kapıları alışılmışın dışında sürgülü ve anahtarlıydı. Doğrusu kolay ve pratik değildi. Odanın büyüklüğü düşündüğümden küçüktü. Odada banyo dışında ayna yoktu o nedenle makyaj ve hazırlanma aşamasında birbirimizi beklemek zorunda kaldık. Temizlik iyiydi . Personel güler yüzlü ve ilgiliydi. Ancak kahvaltı ve restoranda servis yavaştı. Beach ve deniz güzeldi.
