Great place and accommodating owner. Beautiful island and great facilities! Highly recommend. Only issue that needs attention was that master bedroom sheet had a “threadbare” spot and all sheets were washed in a detergent that was “perfumed”. Minor issues but worth noting.

Wonderful stay on a beautiful coastal island

Great location and rooms were wonderful all with adjoining restrooms. We loved sitting on the back screened in porch during brief rainfalls and watching for beautiful birds and wildlife.

Holiday stay

We had a great time ringing in the new year. The golf was great, the home comfortable and the location was perfect for time spent in Savannah, Beaufort, Hilton Head, and Bluffton. All was enjoyed more with being able to bring our 2 pups along.

Comfortable home in beautiful Okatie

We had a group of 8 for a wedding and the house slept everyone very comfortably. Great location and a short drive or walk to golf, tennis, clubhouse.

Beautiful stay in Callawassie Island

I rented this home for my family and my mother’s 85th birthday and large family reunion on the island. I had rented many homes on this island before and this was probably my favorite because it was clean and well appointed and well stocked with items in the kitchen and the bathrooms

Callawassie Stay

House was wonderful, comfortable and had everything you need. Beds were very comfortable. Location was good and convenient to clubhouse. We always enjoy Callawassie it’s a hidden gem. Hosts were very easy to work with and neighbors are very welcoming.

Fabulous home with unlimited golf

Our stay was extremely relaxing. Accommodations were perfect, check in was smooth, scheduling tee times with club house was easy and we purchased items in the pro shop for owner price! Brad is a wonderful host, had everything ready for us on arrival. Would not hesitate to book another week with Brad!

Relaxing atmosphere with wonderful nature views

We stayed during my sons graduation from boot camp. Only a short drive to Parris Island. We enjoyed the screened porch watching the birds and alligators. Very nice place. We definitely recommend. Good place for golfers.

An amazing family vacation in an amazing location!!

The villa was great and provided our family plenty of room and access to amazing amenities on Callawassie Island! The villa had everything you would need, full kitchen amenities, towels and linens made vacation prepping easy. Two pools, pickle ball, tennis, kayaking, and an amazing golf course! We were close to numerous parts of the low country, Parris Island, Beaufort and Hilton Head. Simply put…you can’t go wrong staying here for vacation!!

Beautiful villa in gorgeous community

The villa is beautiful and very well appointed. Callawassie is a lovely, peaceful and serene neighborhood. We enjoyed sitting on the back porch watching the birds and gators. Brad is great and always available to help. I highly recommend this lovely villa. You won't want to leave.!

Wedding family stay

Granddaughter was getting married on Callawassie the house was perfect for part of my family! Loved sitting out on the screened porch and relaxing before and after all the functions! It was spotless, so roomy, and well stocked with cleaning supplies! Douglas was so helpful and easy to communicate with, he made you feel like you’ve known them all your life!

Perfect house, perfect setting!!

We were in SC for my son's graduation from boot camp in Parris Island. We were traveling with both grandmothers. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, lots of privacy. Easy drive to the base. I highly recommend this house. The owner was wonderful to deal with. I would recommend this house to others. Thank you !!

Great house and location

We stayed in this property before the current owners were in place. While it was pretty good before, they have made nice upgrades to the linens, new and added TV's and some kitchen items. This is super convenient to the club house area (restaurants, golf, tennis, pool and now pickleball). Brad was very responsive and proactive in prepping us for our trip. Very accommodating and professional to deal with. Having two guests as "members" with golf included is an excellent value!

Lovely home in a beautiful setting

Wonderful home~perfect for the girlfriends getaway. Everyone appreciated having their own private bed/bath. Home situated amongst the trees/ponds/golf course, Enjoyed sitting on the porch listening to the many birds in the morning as we sipped our coffee. Kitchen was fully stocked. Smooth communication with hosts and they responded quickly to questions. Would definitely recommend you check it out~
