Room was not cleaned, hair in the corners of retroom Red bllod looking stains on the lamp shade.White substance on the end table. Switched rooms and found simliar issues but was to tired and late to even bother the n8ght desk.

Dont stay here

That was the worse first riom we stsyed in ceiling was falling down all on the hed they had to downgrade our room , but they did discount us which was nice but the room was dirty and someone was smoking and was coming in our room thru the bathroom.vent and it was so bad , it was late so we didnt say anything ,but the next day i asked if they could clean the room the bathroom floor was nasty , stuff all.over the floor . Beds was uncomfortable will never stsy rhere again if that was the only place available . I have photos but its not letting me upload them

Disappointed the pool was shut down

Me and my husband stayed for one night at the super 8 in Bloomington. We had stayed there once before and we had a very pleasant trip. The only thing that I’m disappointed in is that the pool was closed for maintenance. And that was one of the things we wanted for our stay.

I had to cancel last minute of course I also scheduled last minute they haven’t fixed this issue but the refused the refund wasn’t understanding because of having to take my father in law to the emergency room highly disappointed that not a business practice that’s keeps business afloat

Listen, no Super 8 is ever worth more than 3 stars. They’re always about 1/2 to 1 step above a Travelodge or Motel 6. From busted lamp shades and stained armchairs, to less than mediocre breakfast, haphazard heating/cooling units, you know you’re getting something barely functional for the price. I mean, they can’t even be bothered to have queen size box spring for a queen size mattress. Everything is as cheap as possible. And for Bloomington, Indiana, the location is about as inconvenient as possible. It’s close to the football stadium and interstate, but you can’t make a left turn out of the property (though this could just be a result of current road construction). It was barely manageable for a short stay on a budget, but would not be acceptable for a longer stay with more involved business in town or at IU.
