Great room and great location very close to all attractions and amenities. Great club straight across the rd so not too far to stumble home after one too many 😅.Bnd b was really clean and Yvonne the owner was really friendly and nothing was too much trouble. If you needed any extras in room ie water or loo roll you just had to ask and it was provided. I even left one of my shoes which was kindly posted out to me by Yvonne great customer service will deffo return

Wonderful bed and breakfast.

We have just returned from a 2 night stay. Yvonne was amazing showed us round. Provided information about the area and places to go. Breakfast is available at an extra cost and is absolutely delicious. Quality ingredients and plentiful. Bed was very comfortable and so quiet at night . Would definitely stay again.

Still a work in progress but spotlessly clean. We were given a warm welcome with parking right outside the hotel for just £5. Didnt have breakfast. Great location and a lovely guest house that we will definitely use again

Friendly and warm staff. Knowledgeable about the area and willing to give pointers of where to go and when. Lovely breakfast and happy to help with our dietary needs (going to tge shop and buying fresh for us). Lovely nights stay.

Yvonne and her son are so nice and hospitable. Yvonne was so helpful and knowledgeable and very approachable. As soon as we arrived she said to us straight away anything you need just ask me and we were given a sheet of paper which was very helpful with her number on it to call her anytime. The paper had listings of places to dine out and dog friendly which was most helpful and it prevented you walking all over town looking for a place to take the dog. Our room was perfect for me and my husband and our dog. We had access to the backyard so we could let our dog out which was really nice. The bed is the most comfortable bed i have ever slept in it’s even better than my bed at home! The bathroom was great you have a shower over the bath and plenty of room to move around and a great wall unit to store toiletries on and your towels and plenty toilet rolls. If we needed a change in towels we asked for them and got them no problem. I think it’s a great idea that you can ask for them when you need them it’s very environmentally friendly and is the way of the world now be it in the UK or Europe or even America. It’s caring for the planet. Where you are situated is really good it’s a 15 minute walk from here to the beach, restaurants, take aways, winter gardens, shopping centre, cinema and even a doggy cafe for you and your dog. Plenty grocery shops nearby. The room is equipped with a fridge and microwave so you can buy a ready meal if you choose. Dale’s chip shop is good. Recommended

I think it’s fair to say you get what you pay for here. It is centrally located and easily accessible for the main attractions like the tower and amusements and piers. Parking was tight as they wanted to fit 2 cars on their front driveway which didn’t seem big enough. Was told that there was a leak from the room into downstairs and so couldn’t use shower. No breakfast available either, which was a reason we booked this. Welcoming lady but to her own testimony, “it was one of those stays where many things were going wrong.” I would have appreciated maybe a partial refund to acknowledge things were not as expected. When I paid for parking she was grumpy because I couldn’t pay in cash and she would be charged for using her card machine.

Excellent stay at the Runway

Yvonne was an excellent host and was very attentive from the minute we arrived. The room was very comfortable and the bed was great. My husband and I slept very well and woke up feeling refreshed, The en-suite was superb, well appointed and clean. The Runway is centrally located in Blackpool and is a superb base to explore the town.

A welcoming stay

We stayed in room 9 for one night. The room was clean and looked to have had new furniture and carpets. There was everything we needed en-suite, towels, toiletries and bottled water. Yvonne knew a lot about the local area and gave us some tips for our trip, she also called us in advance to let us know the room was ready. The hotel is currently undergoing renovations and is a working progress but we had a pleasant stay and would return.
