Our mattress was full of stains and found hair on it , rip on the bottom sheet, my husband had to stand on a chair to close window, chair wouldn't fit under desk, bathroom too small, i am disabled and unable to get to shower,had to sit on the toilet sideways , no room to sit properly

We had a very good welcome and the rooms were a very good size. Beds are very comfy. They staff was very helpful and couldn't do enough for you. The food we ate there was very nice. The location is not far from the shops and the tower. Would recommend it, plus I would go back there.

This was not my first visit to the hotel. There was two things that I wasn't to pleased about was the location of my room. I had to go through the restaurant, then up to 1st floor and then scramble to my room through a narrow corridor. The other thing was the aged man who plays an organ, he has not changed his act in years. He is not .y favourite act
