Found a fantastic deal and got a great room. Literally right at the side of the train station and 5 mins walk to Blackpool Tower. Staff very friendly and helpful. Only downside was the poo marks left in the toilet by previous guest, that really should have been cleaned and checked 😳

Everything about the hotel was excellent, large clean room with a very large TV. All the staff were great, reception, bar and breakfast staff. All public areas were clean and tidy. Very close to North Pier and next to the North and South tram station, very handy.Will definately stay here again if we return to Blackpool.

First time at property its onnly 1 or 2. Years old. Very convinient right next to north station tram stop below. Staff very curteous and professional from recption to room cleaning. Room and hotel very clean. Breakfast options excellent and well managed. Convinience of major supermarket opposite for water and toillitries for during day. Ate at hotel sunnday excellent food reasonable price. I had room on top floor no extrnal noise. Thoughly nice stay will visit again. Full marks to the hotel team.

Smaller details missed, I would have like water for the room. Freshly cooked breakfast. Housekeeping to leave towels for all guests inc the children. A great relatively new hotel - rooms are well designed, excellent shower! Location is ideal for Blackpool North station and for anyone going to the Winter Gardens or the Tower Ballroom.
