Great bargain hotel! Fab location

For £64 in Blackpool we weren’t sure what to expect! But great little spot on north pier with a full sea view beach view! Above Turtle Bay but surprisingly quiet! Bed clean and fresh thank goodness! Bathroom could have just done with a deep clean but for £64 we were happy for the evening! Staff on reception lovely and helpful Thanks all

Basic hotel, staff seem friendly but the cleanliness was awful, stains in the shower, mould in the tiles and I'm not sure what stains were on the curtains.

Big, but outdated!

The room was very big and had an ocean view. The windows were stuck closed and so we could not have any ocean breeze. The windows were so old and condensed that we could not really see out of them. The mattress had a pee stain and smelled of it. We noticed this the last morning, as a sheet had come off.

The photos of the property on the website are very deceiving. The public areas of the building are delapidated and lots of crumbling plaster and very worn and dirty carpets. No guests in bar and public areas so no intimate feel or atmosphere

Me and my fiancé are not people who like to complain, but we will not be going back to this hotel. It’s dirty and smelly, around the lift foyer areas were the worst and the carpet was thick in mould. It smell like maggots, or something was mouldy or rotten it made our stomach turn, lucky the room didn’t smell this way but the room was unbelievably hot with no AC or a window that could be opened. We asked about the AC and if it could be looked at, we were told they are having a renovation at the end of the year so they are not fixing anything. After speaking to other guests, this has been the normal response for 2 years. But even if they are having a renovation it’s not acceptable to leave guests in a room that you can’t open the window for fresh air. The entrance to the hotel was just covered in cigarette ends and just pure dirt.The bathroom wasn’t great, mould in the shower etc. it just wasn’t a good experience for us, we won’t be returning.

We loved our stay for our small family holiday. The family suite was spacious and the beds were comfortable. The view was spectacular, of the North Pier. The location was ideal with bars and cafes all around us. The hotel had a small bar for drinks too. The only thing that could have done with some improvements was the shower and windows. It was a very windy couple of days and the outside windows didn’t shut properly. There is inside glazing too to help with sound and regularly that would probably have been fine. The wind just made them shake a bit which we could hear. We are heavy sleepers so I didn’t really matter for us. The shower could have done with the shower cleaning up a bit, maybe the grout could be painted over to make it look cleaner. It was clean but it’s just been well used. We had a great stay. It was our second stand we we will definitely stay again.

The accommodation was value for money Small faults in and about the hotel but it's hard to grumble for the price. It's not fancy and probably never will be. It's in the heart of Blackpool, but was reasonably quiet when window shut. Close to a lot of attractions. Convenient for shopping bars and restaurants.

The beds are fabulous very cozy. Our room over looked road, beach to the side. There was a notice in the room informing us that it was noisy area we may experience some noise. We slept soundly on both nights the room and the hotel was quiet
