Check in -
We arrived about 3.05 to check in, two members of staff were stood having a full conversation while I was stood waiting to be welcomed or to at least a welcoming hello. Rude!!! The women who finally checked us in, went on the explain about car parking charge another voice was shouting over her trying to explain about a pet charge, I didn’t know who I was listen to…or about what?!!
We walked through the corridor's which we to have been decorated since we was last at the Grand Hotel.
Room was plenty big enough for a family of 4 and 1dog.
On closer inspection the bathroom sink had a huge crack in it, the shower curtain had stains, I found a bug on the bathroom floor along with more cracks, and only 2towels for a family of 4 “family room”
The decor had dark marks over the wall or big dents in the walls.
Tv didn’t work however this was reported and service and maintenance fix the matter.
The children’s beds- uncomfortable.
Lifts only 2 out of 4 worked- having a dog crate we found this an issue.
For over £200 all in (dog charge included) for 1 night I would have expect a little better and one of the most expense in Blackpool!! Needs ALOT of work down to customer services, Property maintenance. Very poor.
