We checked in, and the apartment hadn’t been serviced from the previous guests. We called the emergency number and was given the apt next door but it wasn’t what we booked - it was a twin and we booked a king size. The whole place stank of cannabis as you walked in that permeated through the whole staircase and into the apartments. It was very cold, with no instructions on how to make the heaters work
