Nice location. Food good. Allocated table in the dining room for the whole of your stay. Quick check-in. Powerful shower. Tram stop directly opposite the hotel. Parking difficult, especially when hotel busy.

Where do I start with the review? Well the first thing I would like to say is I honestly think it’s one of the best breaks me and my wife have had, there we’re obviously some points that I have to comment about that we’re needing a bit of work and renovation to be done but if you asked me to look beyond that then it’s a solid 10/10 The staff were lovely in every way the reception was fantastic made it so easy as possible as we had to move room as the toilet was unusable for my needs and I couldn’t use the toilet at all but as I said the staff made it so easy to move! So from that point after we sat down to an amazing dinner I would love the chefs and staff in the restaurant for the amazing food from breakfast to dinner, we loved the fact that we had our table for our entire stay at the hotel. The room we ended up in was good enough unfortunately we had to take a double bed apart from the two single beds that we really needed but hey ho we can’t complain, the room could definitely do with a slight spruce up but honestly we understand it’s not always possible for it in the current climate, we enjoyed the experience of most of the entertainment patron one of the nights with the comedian who we found to be a bit close to the bone especially with children being there, some of the material was a just a bit well I won’t go into that I think you maybe have had some comments about before? basically all in we were so happy with the stay and look forward to our return mr and Mrs H

Terrible place! Everything was very dirty. On the sheets of the bed there were brown and grey stains. The hotel is very very tired. The pruce was absokutely unfair for the level of the hotel and the area. £91 !!! A joke

Good service from Matt on the Reservations Team at my chosen hotel, after completing my online booking. I contacted to ask if they could allocated our Twin bedded room to have a walk-in shower rather than over the bath as I have problems climbing out of baths if the base is narrow - arthritic and cervical spine problems. Matt responded quickly to say he had allocated us a room with 2 Double Beds and with a walk-in shower. The room was spacious, on the corner with double aspect windows and a large bathroom with a large shower. It was right at the end of the corridor and was a very quiet room also, with an advantage of a partial side sea view.

Hotel was ok, very dated. Hotel itself is a bit run down, the lift was bumpy. The food was ok, basic breakfast options. Some staff were very pleasant but mostly at reception not as friendly. The pool area was basic and changing rooms we not the cleanest.
