Nice semi-detached pavilion of approximately 50m², close to beaches and the town centre.

It benefits from a shared swimming pool in the residence and parking... a privileged location 150m from the beach.

This duplex pavilion comprises: on the ground floor: living room with TV and equipped kitchenette (dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave + 2 top fridges, ceramic hobs), 1 bedroom with 1 140cm bed, 1 bathroom, separate toilet.

Upstairs: 1 mezzanine with bunk beds + 1 bedroom with 1 140cm bed. WiFi access.

Pleasant terrace with garden furniture to enjoy long summer evenings. Come and recharge with family. The residence's swimming pool is operational from 15 June until the end of September.

Additional: end-of-stay cleaning is mandatory and to be paid on-site for €100.
