In a quiet area of Biscarrosse Plage, we offer a semi-detached duplex house at the foot of the dunes. Ideal for a weekend or longer stay with family or friends, whether you're taking surf lessons or relaxing on the beach. The house comprises an entrance leading into the fully fitted and equipped kitchen (hob, oven, dishwasher, etc.). This opens onto the main living area with a lounge/dining room and a TV corner (no Wi-Fi, but a set-top box can be rented). There is a first bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm) for two people, and a second bedroom with two single beds (90 cm). A shower room and separate WC provide added comfort. A mezzanine with a double bed (140 cm) offers two additional sleeping spaces. The south-facing aspect and the peaceful setting of the residence allow you to fully enjoy the lovely terrace for meals, cocktails, and sunny days. A private parking space is included with the rental. You can park upon arrival and, if you wish, explore everything on foot or by bike during your stay – perfect for enjoying restaurants with your feet in the sand, our cycle paths, and other favorite spots in our region. A sunny holiday awaits!

Located to the north of the resort, very close to Vivier beach, the house is in one of the quietest areas of Biscarrosse. You are 10 minutes walk from the center and all the shops.
Biscarrosse is a stone's throw from the Dune du Pyla, at the gateway to the wide Landes Ocean beaches, you can choose to take advantage of the 220 km of cycle paths, discover the Basin by boat, practice or learn surfing, fly over the Dune in paragliding, more golf courses, all while tasting the region's wines and oysters. It's up to you to build your program, according to your desires and your days. There is no doubt that the richness of the region, its natural environment and the diversity of possible activities will contribute to the success of your next vacation.
