Ideal for a stay of a weekend or more with family or friends to take surf lessons or relax at the beach. The house consists of an entrance which is through the kitchen, fully fitted and equipped (hob, oven, dishwasher, etc.). You then access the main room with a lounge dining area with a TV corner (No WIFI, possibility to rent a box). A first bedroom with a 160 bed for two people. A second bedroom with two small 90 cm beds. A bathroom and separate WC for more comfort. Also, a mezzanine with a 140 bed offering two additional beds. The southern exposure and the calm of the residence will allow you to take full advantage of the beautiful terrace to enjoy your meals or drink your cocktails and enjoy the sunny days. A private parking space is associated with the rental. You park when you arrive and you can, if you wish, do everything on foot or by bike during your stay, perfect for enjoying the restaurants with your feet in the sand, our cycle paths and other special places in our region. Biscarrosse is a stone's throw from the Dune du Pyla, at the gateway to the wide Landes Ocean beaches, you can choose to take advantage of the 220 km of cycle paths, discover the Basin by boat, practice or learn surfing, fly over the Dune in paragliding, more golf courses, all while tasting the region's wines and oysters.
