We needed a nights stay and booked last minute. It was central to where we needed to be. The staff were friendly. The rooms were spacious and clean. Tea/coffeee was provided. Breakfast was available. Perfect for stay in Birmingham. I will be staying again.

A Most Unpleasant Stay My recent visit to your establishment was, to put it mildly, deeply unsatisfactory. Upon checking into my room, I discovered a broken shower and stained sheets. While the sheets were eventually replaced, the initial state of the room was far from acceptable. My concerns escalated significantly when I was asked to film personal details for scanning. I later found these sensitive documents left unattended on the front desk scanner for nearly 24 hours. When I specifically questioned the receptionist about this, he assured me they would be removed; however, they remained accessible to anyone. This blatant disregard for personal privacy is truly appalling. I have them as they didn't store them away. The issues continued into the evening. Members of the night staff approached me, asking for cigarettes and even followed me. The situation culminated in someone knocking on my door at 3 AM inappropriately. This behavior is utterly unprofessional and created a highly uncomfortable and unsettling environment. Furthermore, despite being promised that the shower would be fixed, it remained broken throughout my two-day stay. No attempt was made to move me to an alternative room, leaving me with substandard accommodations and a complete lack of resolution to the issues I raised.
