Second time in Birmingham

Condo, service and location were excellent. Just an outstanding experience on VRBO. Can’t see how the downtown hotels can compete with this property. Stayed in a nice hotel in area last year. Nice but didn’t compare.

First time in Bham

This was our first time in Birmingham and we were in town for a concert. This was a perfect venue to fit our entire group. We especially liked the big common room for us all to hang out.

Wondering Thanksgiving week

The condo layout was perfect for a family holiday week. It’s spacious, well equipped, and very convenient to area attractions, stores, and restaurants. Host was extremely helpful. Highly recommend.

Killer Space in a Great Place

I booked this lot for a group of 10 grown men to hang for the weekend while we attended a music festival. We all absolutely loved this space. It has such a great vibe with plenty of room to hang out and sleep. It is in a great location to easily get to anything in downtown Bham. The host was very quick to communicate with and even though we may have gotten a bit too loud for the downstairs neighbors, the host was very kind and understanding. I would absolutely book this place again and highly suggest to anyone with a big group to stay here.

So close to the legacy arena where our conference was. Great cool place but not really a place for sleeping as the ceilings are all open but it works perfect for our group. We love it.

Roxanne was amazing. Leading up to the stay, we were communicated with information on what to expect and parking. We received out door code timely and loved the Penthouse loft. Very close great food and activities- very conveniently located. The unit was very well taken care of- I would highly recommend

The property was amazing and the host was excellent, responsive and treated us wonderfully! I proposed to my girlfirend/ now fiancée here. They allowed me to set the place up just how I wanted and made it very special! I couldn’t be more happier and grateful. The place was very close to everything and the parking was very easy. I will definitely be back!

99% satisfied. Great location. Cool vibe. Unique property. Fun stay. Others should know: • bedroom walls don’t go to the ceiling so all noise from anyone sleeping or in the kitchen/living room is heard by everyone trying to sleep. • very loud noises woke up guests in the rear bedroom (HVAC/furnace?). • furniture looks great but isn’t great. Dining chairs were flimsy and uncomfortable (heavy guests may not feel safe sitting at the table). Living room couch was missing parts and too low for our tall friends to use without having to frequently get up. • no Kleenex • no wash clothes • stairs were very long and steep. Hard to carry luggage up/down. Again, we loved our stay. I just think these are important considerations for future guests.

Such a fun place for a girls trip. Open floor plan and fun place to enjoy fun, fellowship, and food. Hosts, Roxanne and Sean were wonderful and always communicated in a timely manner. Great restaurants in walking distance.
