Always a pleasure to book into this comfortable and reasonably priced hotel. Nice and fresh after some alterations liked the references to Birmingham in decor. Our room on 6th floor nice and quiet we had a restful nights sleep. The room was spotless with a well stocked refreshment station. A second pillow might have been nice particularly if staying for more than one night. A short stroll to Birminghams shops, restaurants and refreshments. Nice pub clse by tucked up a side street if you like an ale. Great stay, thank you all for making us welcome.

The hotel was lovely and clean. The room was spotless and the shower was amazing. The breakfast was fantastic with a good selection. It’s about a 10 minute walk from New Street Station so ideal location. Regarding the location and area around the hotel. In all honesty the general surrounding area is quite run down with a lot of boarded up buildings. Not a lot the hotel can do about that it’s just concerning when you first see the area. No problems though. It’s a quite busy and well lit area so getting to and from the hotel is fine from the city centre.
