This property and the host was amazing. The suggestions for restaurants and breweries were spot on. Directions and where to park were perfect. The loft is decorated with such thought and we enjoyed looking at all the wall hangings and decor. We would recommend this property with 5 stars and host with 5 stars

Close to Everything

This apartment is a bright, fun downtown spot with amazingly comfy mattresses, gorgeous hardwoods & exposed brick. We were so excited to book it based on the lpcation, decor & renovated, historical architecture, & it was close to all the adventures we wanted to enjoy Birmingham! Would definitely book again! For those with sensory needs: Microfiber towels were an experience, & the shops downstairs add vibrance to the space.

Property great, strong marijuana smell persisted

The property is great, the owner was great. The only issue was that the place smelled very strongly of marijuana the entire visit. Owner did all he could do but nothing cleared the smell. There is a smoke shop below the unit and that’s the only explanation we could come up with. All amenities were as listed and the unit is is really great shape.

Great apartment in Downtown Birmingham

The apartment was very nicely decorated and comfortable. We really enjoyed being within walking distance of lots of restaurants. The brewery across the street was a nice bonus!

A wonderful experience

The remodeled historic loft is a wonderful stay. The hosts have done a great job of remodeling this historic home.We enjoyed staying there. The neighborhood is not necessarily wonderful to explore on foot but makes a good base for exploring by car. Definitely a 5 star VRBO

Gem in Birmingham

This condo is amazing. The furnishings are modern and comfortable. The design choices are very unique and interesting, right down to the selection of books sprinkled around the place. Starbucks and Publix are two blocks away for your food abd coffee needs. Pies and Pints, the Refinery, Jim and Nick's and the ever so charming La Fête were are choice of restaurants during our stay. We used Southern Sport tours coachline to take ys to Tuscalooa to see Crimson Tide. It was extremely well organized and made sure we got from A to B. Would highly recomemend to anyone heading that way. around the hoise

Road trip

Trash Pandas in town

We were in town for an away series in AA baseball- Rocket City Trash Pandas vs the Barons. Great time all around. Beautiful upscale artsy property within walking distance of everything you need. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.

Fun Girl’s Trip

Exactly what we expected in a downtown loft…VERY convenient to all of our planned destinations! Loft was clean and functional with funky/fun decorations and furniture. Although, you could hear the “sounds of the city” through the night, we felt safe & secure. My only suggestion would be more comfortable furniture for lounging in the common room.

Perfect Birmingham apartment

Property was clean, well stocked and suited our needs perfectly. We took our daughter to a concert and we were just a short distance from the venue. A perfect night and a perfect place to stay! Will definitely stay again when we travel to Birmingham! The host was wonderful and we had excellent communication! You can’t go wrong!!!
