Arrived at about 2.30 told to wait until 3 before having our which was fair enough, however people arrived a few minutes after us and were given rooms immediately. Couldn't leave our lugfage for a couple of hours on checkout but people checking in early could leave their luggage which baffled me to be honest.

Convenient but not so comfortable

The hotel's location is unbeatable for a short stay connected to the airport. The value for money is good, although I would not have resisted 2 nights in that bed. The staff and service were correct: attentive and helpful.

We arrived in Birmingham after a very long delay at Ibiza airport (we live in Ibiza) we didn't arrive at the hotel until almost 4am. two black gentlemen checked us in who were excellent, polite helpful and the check in was prompt and trouble free. The following morning after just 3 hours at the hotel there was a gentleman stood with the receptionist. He said could he help and we requested a cup of coffee and tea and some toast (we do not eat breakfast)He said toast was only served with breakfast so if we booked breakfast we could have toast? I then requested a croissant and he gave us the same reply these are only served with breakfast etc etc. We then requested a tea and coffee if we coulden't have food so he told us to take a seat. We watched him talking with a colleague in the serving area and after 25 minutes waiting without serving we left - NOT A GOOD FIRST IMPRESSIOIN of the Birmingham IBIS where we would not go again nor recommend it.

They didn’t answer the phone for days before, we arrived at 2 am , upgraded apparently. No towels or bedding for my daughter even though room booked for three people. When bedding arrived , I had to make bed myself. The bedding was double set for a tiny camp bed.

Ok budget hotel for the price but the bed was really uncomfortable and the pillow was like sleeping on a bag of sand, the worst pillow I have attempted to sleep on.

The property is very basic but if you’re just staying for the one night before your flight it is adequate. The bedding was clean but I didn’t realise how basic the room would be, modular shower and sink in the bedroom. The toilet was in a little room on its own. I wouldn’t stay again but you get what you pay for

Long Queue to check in with only one Receptionist on Duty ,eventually a 2nd Receptionist came to help ,this despite checking in online which was supposed to save time .

Decent room but meal was terrible.

The room was as expected as we have stayed here before. However, we had a meal in the restaurant and I can only say it was horrible. Will not be eating here again simply because it was very expensive and didn’t live up to any expectations i had.

One night stay

We often stay here before a flight. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. Everything you need for a stay before a flight. No hairdryer or safe but a kettle for tea coffee. The staff are friendly and helpful. The food there is really nice and not priced too much. Great hotel

This a budget hotel but NOT budget prices. My room was £119 for one night. Room 430 smelt of sewerage and was moved room. Basic room with double bed and bunk bed above it. Toilet is in a cupboard and shower is a plastic pod. Really horrible. I travel a lot and one of the worst hotels ve stayed in. Staff were lovely but hotel is basic as hell and based on a 'get them in and out model'. Bar food was horrid - chicken ceasar salad with a breaded chicken burger slapped on top of it - couldn't check out quick enough

Rooms are dated and very basic No really cleaned. reception desk was always busy and overwhelmed. No parking. Nice bar but the food could be better. We ended up having to order a takeaway as it was so busy. Staff were friendly and helpful
