Only stayed one night as a stop over for a day out at drayton manor , reception was really welcoming, rooms were clean and comfortable and breakfast was really good. Lovely staff always very friendly 😄.

The building is not too bad, however, the room is very old and no amenities provided at all. There is no air conditioning, no refrigerator provided. Albeit a desk fan provided because of summer season, again, very disappointing that it’s broken and we need to ask for a replacement. When we enter the room and use the toilet for first time, we found a sticky like mucus on the toilet seat that I need to clean and sanitise it before we can use !

Excellent, Very Clean, Budget Friendly

I stayed in this hotel during my holidays in Birmingham. The staff was really friendly and helped us for a smooth check in and explained everything clearly. The hotel room and bathroom was very clean. Hotel had a very nice free breakfast with many options and the breakfast area was cleaned often too. Best part was the free parking offered by the hotel. Very happy with my stay!

Overnight good poor breakfast

Hotel and room were great but the breakfast food left a lot to he desired....please get some decent ingredients....the sausages were poor quality i wondered if they had ever been near a pig! The bacon was hard and overcooked and the scrambled eggs i have no words to describe. No butter for the toast only spread! The breakfast let tge stay down
