Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
We did not stay in apartment that we booked,but was given another apartment in same complex apartment 1.The apartment is in need of a deep clean, sockets and switches in kitchen have grease on them, plates etc felt greasy. Paint peeling from sealing, skirting boards full of dust as are radiator pipes. The Windows and mirrors were probably cleaned 3 years ago. Bathroom had sewer smell(i stopped this by installing the plug hole correctly) . Oven has never been cleaned as dust between the two sections of glass on the oven door. Bathroom had dusty artificial plants on a stand but no hooks for towels clothes. Shower in need of repair to sealant. Dirty marks on wall behind pillows(no headboard). Noise from upstairs.Generaly in need of refurbishment and deep clean.
