We were told when we checked in we would have housekeeping after a one night stay. Then several days later when we ask about it we were told it wasn't done until after 3 days. Our floor filthy. Sticky. Trash and some ones left overs sat in hall 2 days. We had to ask for clean towels wash cloths, coffee. Would never stay at a wingate Windham again. Would never recommend it to anyone. Staff at front desk unfriendly

The room was nothing like the one I chose from Expedia. It was located on the bottom floor right by the lobby. It was also an adjoining room. I went to the lobby and asked for another room but they were full, as was most of Biloxi, Ocean Springs. The ceiling looked like it had just been repaired from a leak. We did not get any sleep due to the noise and the ppl above us walking across the floor with heavy feet. The room was extremely damp. Last night the water was barely warm when taking a shower. The mattress had seen better days. It was saggy and lumpy. I would have been more comfortable in my own bed 40 miles away. The girl at the front desk was changing the trash cans out in the hallways in the middle of the night and rattling trash bags.Very much regret booking this room, so disappointed. I have tried to request a refund but can't. So much for real customer service. Hard to reach customer service due to AI prompts.

No light in the vent light in bathroom portable AC unit in room was full of water so that means no one checked it. No hand towels did have bath and washcloths, no shampoo in the dispenser. No napkins at breakfast and said it would be an hour before she could get some. At check out girl at desk said she was sick and no uniform to identify she worked there.

Wasnt impressed at all!!!

First, I was extremely disappointed of this stay especially with the money i paid for a weekend stay til Monday. The pictures in the advertisement for this property are extremely misleading! The hotel reaped of an old musty smell...the breakfast was absolutely not worth waking up for, there were several leaks throughout the hotel, then to make things even worst, a breaker kept going off inside my room everytime i tried using the microwave and I never saw the maintenance guy they promised to send over, so my refrigerator stayed off all weekend...it was just a very disappointing stay...and im usually not hard on amy hotel, but this one felt worse or equal to an Motel 6 stay in the hood someowhere...just want better improvements.

The room was very dated. The staff was not very helpful. The room could have been cleaned better. I asked for a room away from the elevator and was placed by the elevator. It was just an uncomfortable stay.

Okay place to stay, not very clean

This hotel was okay. We only saw a housekeeper on Monday when we got there and Thursday afternoon. We checked out Friday morning. We had to ask for trash bags so we can take our trash out. We had to go down to the front desk everyday and ask for towels. And on Wednesday they didn’t have any towels so we had to wait. And the lady had to go to another room to get us towels. The lady at the front desk had mentioned they were short of staff. The hallway to our room hadn’t been vacuumed since we got there, since Monday. When we got to the room , the room didn’t smell clean, but smelled musty. The room wasn’t to clean and it was dust on the headboard and nightstands. There was mold on the wall and looked like on the mattress cover. We had to ask the housekeeper that afternoon if we have some Lysol wipes so we could wipe down areas in the room. We told her we needed to clean our room because it was dusty and there was mold on the wall, and she said “ well good luck with that.” The shower rod was off the hinges and the shower curtain didn’t stay put when showering. The breakfast was pretty good. The outside trash cans were overflowing with trash but the property was well kept. Overall it was an okay stay.
