There was no hand soap for the room the entire stay. There were no replaceable remote batteries. The room phone did not work There was not an available iron to even swap with another room. The jacuzzi jets were dirty. The jacuzzi and face bowl's water could get hot but the shower could not.

During check-in, we were told that only 8 rooms were being used, out of the entire hotel. We were given a room key for the 1st floor, which had a king size bed, walk in shower and a jacuzzi tub. The walk in shower only had 1 glass door, 2 are required. A shower curtain was put up to replace the missing door. Also, the shower door that was there did not slide. VERY INCONVIENT. The King bed made a noise, like a spring needed to be replaced, every time we got into bed and getting up. VERY IRRITATING. The bed, to me, did not sleep well. There was only 1 trash can in the bathroom - none in the bedroom. The hotel should have replaced the shower door a long time ago. The shower curtain appeared to have been there for a while. I feel like the clerk should have known. But, I believe, out of all vacant rooms available, why were we put into that room. I believe I'll find another hotel the next time we visit Biloxi! Also, the buffet breakfast, that was advertised, was not there. We had to go elsewhere for breakfast!!!!!! My itinerary # is:(Itinerary # 72060254669770)

For one night and keep going

Its was last minute, we booked the wrong date on another hotel and this one was across the street, and thank goodness there was room available and the beds were very comfortable, the bathroom were nice and too, we had the last two rooms from the first floor hall. There were not breakfast at all, coffee ran out and never refilled, but the price was like $65 per night and we need the hotel to take showers and sleep, so it was not bad.

They clean the room every 3 days unless you request it. Why should I have to request it when the hotel next door gets cleaned everyday? The lady at the desk also made me bring my own towels down to get new ones. Why should I have to bring my own towels down? What is the maid getting paid for?

Check in took a minute and my card on fail was processed 2. And our room was not very clean. The bathroom sink was not clean ,the ceiling had black mold on it. And the Room mirror was dirty, the window you couldn't see out of it from dirt. the bed had black spots on the sheets. Breakfast didn't have much pick from. And the area they had to buy from at the hotel was very costly. For 2 (16oz) drinks coast me $6

The absolute worst hotel i have been to in years. Entire downstairs smelled like mildew. Room was dirty, and smelled like grease and roach spray. Duvet and under layers stained with dirt, markers, and lipstick. I had to buy my own covers to stay there. Doorknob was falling off so bad you could see through it. Ac and windowsill had chipping paint, dirt stains, and were covered in dust. Floors made my socks black in less then 30 steps. Hallways had stains and drag marks down the entire hall. Breakfast food was out by 8am. All they had was stale cereal(no milk) & waffles that were made to order, but tasted bad after making them. Oj was so sour, i had to throw it out. I travel for a living, and windham has always been amazing until now. I sent the complaint to corporate, and I got a message from the actual hotel just saying sorry..we will try to do better in the future.. we will see you next time...nothing else. I will be disputing this w their corp offices. No one should have to stay in filth.
