Nice place for families but not to relaxing for adults with 99 kids in the hot tub. They claimed they were sold out and charged top dollar but walking around there were lots and lots of rooms that were empty. Plus read the fine print. If you are older there are no elevators. Breakfast was only so so and the sausage was almost frozen. Very cold. Front desk was very friendly and efficient but it was hard to understand.

We are so pleased with our stay that we went from one night to adding another. We enjoyed the hot tub, breakfast was good, and if we could give the Cleanliness more than 5 stars we would! However when we moved rooms for second night it was just as clean and nice of a stay, but the ceiling had poor done ugly patch work. Over all the hotel is worth the stay! We are hoping to be back in the future!

The room was clean and smelled clean. There was hardly anyone there but they stuck us in an outside room. It was freezing and the heater didnt turn on at first called front desk and said give it a minute. We had wiated 10 minutes before calling. It was 40 in the room when we arrived. It never got to 68 all night and the blankets were thin. The heater could never catch up to a comfortable temp. We froze the entire night. Didnt hardly sleep from freezing and the bed was firmer than i like. There was a breakfast set up in the lobby that seemed nice but we left without using it. I saw eggs sausage and a wafflemaker amongst a few other things. If the heater got warm we would give it another star but we were not comfortable all night. There was sinage in the room basically asking for tips and telling you what charges you would incur if you removed specific things. I have never seen that in my life.

With the name Ramada you would expect quality. Sure its a bed to sleep in, however peace of mind was not there. Its basically a hotel thats one step before someone is homeless.

We choose an outside/exterior room and had no complaints about the room. Nothing fancy but it was clean, odorless, and an easy check-in with the nice young lady at the front desk. Bed was squeaky but we slept pretty well. Even though the bar and restaurants are not actually at the hotel, they are very close and walkable. We enjoyed our food and drinks at the Red Zone across the parking lot. For the price, this was a GREAT stay and we would stay again.
