The staff at this Comfort Suites were ALL helpful, nice and welcoming! The hotel was exceptionally clean and breakfast was kept clean and stocked. Housekeeping made sure we had everything we could possibly need. The grounds outside were maintained daily and also kept clean.

So the day i arrived it was raining outside. Upon check in i went to my room and begin to settle in when i noticed the the entire carpet nearest the bed was soaked. I'm guessing water was running under the carpet from outside somehow. The sofa bed mattress was filthy!!! Inside the bathroom there was an annoying grinding noise coming from the wall my entire stay. Two of the lamps flickered so i had. To keep them off. My ice bucket had black stuff in it. Though i did not use the shampoo and conditioner in the shower i couldn't have even if i wanted to because it was empty. There was no room service so that means no changed linen to include wash clothes and towels need i really say more?

the pool door was broken the wifi never worked no towels in pool area the lady working breakfast took forever to restock sat down for over 30 minutes waiting on pancake mix the other items that were cold was gone ran out of plates had to wait 10 minutes for more please get her some help the eating area tables were never wiped down trash on floor in eating area

There was a smell in the room an no master what we tried it would not go away. The bed was highly uncomfortable and neither me or my husband slept well. The hotel was extremely noisy all weekend with lots of people and loud music. The police were in/out most of the weekend

I’m very grateful for the location and food choices, however, I did feel the staff were not patient and the mattress for the pull out couch for my sister was filthy.
