The restrictive policy of not cleaning rooms every night was not made known to me. We spent a LOT of $$$’s to stay over the weekend(Fri/Sat) nights, but we did not benefit from made-up rooms or fresh towels. When I spend this kind of money, I would expect to have clean rooms.

Awesome stay

This is such a great hotel for skiing at Big Sky. The shuttle is the very best way to get dropped right at the entrance to the resort - no waiting for a cattle car shuttle. Couple restaurants give nice choices for food - both restaurants were really great. Our room was spacious and very quiet and comfortable.

This property was amazing!! Clean and walkable. The hottub was amazing and the staff were too notch. The breakfast was also very good!
