Casa Eliiana is the second home with Savvy Bears of the KASE stays collection! Named after the owners strong little one who was born at the same time as acquiring the home!!

The Home- 2,197 square feet of old glamourous Hollywood style you swoon at in movies! Three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Two bedrooms have king sized beds. Open living areas with high ceilings with floor to ceiling windows. Wonderful walkways with gram worthy photo locations. Full kitchen with full sized appliances.

Bedroom 1(Main level)- Sunken bedroom off the living room. Includes platform king bed, closet, dresser.

Bedroom 2(Upper Level)- Includes two twin beds, closet. Sliding glass door to the back yard.

Master Bedroom(Upper Level)- Includes platform king sized bed, 50” roku tv, closet, dresser, chair, charging stations, master bath, sliding door to the back yard


We provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, cotton rounds, q tips, and floss picks. We do provide limited hand towels and wash cloths. 6 bath towels are provided. (Not for lake use, please bring extra for lake.)

Bathroom 1(Main level)- Just off the living room. Single vanity, shower/tub combo, with bidet!

Bathroom 2- (Master Bath, Upper level) Large shower, Single vanity. Access from master bedroom and hallway.

Kitchen- Full sized appliances, gas stove, dishwasher, fridge, and microwave. Fully stocked with all utensils, dishware, and cookware. A starter pack of paper towels, and trash bags are provided. Along with dish soap, coffee grounds, and sugar.

Dining- Located just off the kitchen and living area, chairs for 4, and bench seating for 2 additional guests.

Living room- Sofa and built-in seating area.55’ Roku tv smart tv for all your streaming needs. Wood burning fireplace. Guitar can be used!

Fireplace- Natural wood burning fireplace. We do not provide wood. It can be purchased upon check in.

Laundry/Mudroom (Lower Level)- Large room to store all your outdoor activity items. Full sized washer and dryer.

Yard- Relax in the large outdoor space with terraced areas. Propane grill provided. If propane runs out, send picture for reimbursement of tank refill or swap. Large picnic table.

Spa-Fits 6 guests, located to the side of the home with peek a boo views of Bear Mountain Ski Resort.

Parking- Paved flat parking for 3 vehicles only. (no garage access)

Mountain Transit available .5 miles from the home. This goes to the free trolley!
Occupancy (8 includes children & infants) and car limit (3) are set by the city. They will enforce these. If found to have more than we are licensed for, you may be evicted with no refund. So please adhere to these limitations.

Upon Check Out

Wash dishes (load washer and START)
Pick up yard of trash, cigarette butts, lids ect
Leave used beds unmade
All used towels can be piled in bathroom (all linens are cleaned off site)
Close any open windows & doors.

Do not turn off heater in winter months
All trash must be taken to local trash dump site per city ordinances

Keypad code- City of Big Bear Lake requires their Good Neighbor Policy to be signed prior to gaining access to the home. The person booking the home MUST sign, no exceptions. Declining to sign will result in no access to the home, & cancellation of reservation with no refund. GNP can be found in our listing along with the break down of our agreement. Agreement is sent in a link for virtual signature in welcome message.

Code will be sent day of check in. Once the home is ready or at 4pm, whichever is first.

Animals- This home does not allow any type of animal. This includes service animals and emotional support animals. The owners are allergic and cannot have even hypoallergenic animals. Please do not ask as there are no exceptions to this rule. Please respect the owners and their health by selecting an animal friendly home. If you would like help seeing our animal friendly homes, send us a message, or view our available homes. Most of our homes have “Pet Friendly” in the title.

Cleaning Fee- nonnegotiable. This covers clean linens, cleaning of bathrooms, kitchen, floors, basic balancing of spa chemicals, and basic care of the home. This does not cover left trash, excessive messes, cleaning dirty dishes, or if the spa requires a drain and fill after your stay. The home has deeper clean items that happen 2-3x a year.

Spa is maintained after each and every guest. We drain, clean, and refill the spa every other month to maintain the integrity of the water. General best practices. Do not use any additives. Rinse off prior to entering. Make sure no bodily fluid is eliminated while using spa. Keep cover closed when not physically in the spa. If spa is abused or becomes green, murky, slimy during your stay. We charge $150 to drain, clean and refill the spa due to misuse.

Early check in- No guarantees will be made. Do not show up to the home until given the code. This rushes the cleaners and tends to assure something is missed.

Late check out- No guarantees. This is based entirely on the cleaning team’s route. It is only granted night before checking out. If you’d like to guarantee checking out later, book another night. This allows you to stay a whole night or leave at any point during your reservation time. Please note, we do charge if you delay the cleaning teams by not vacating the entire property, not just the home. The cleaners will not knock to let you know they are there. Please be respectful of their time and any guest checking into the home after you.

Snow Removal- We have a snowplow on call during winter. Please be patient as they are on their own route. They have 24 hours to go to the home. Our plows come out after a storm when 4+ inches fall. We do our best to shovel the entry to the home. Decks are not guaranteed to be shoveled. Shovel and ice melt salt is provided in the home for your convenience.

The home does have 2 cameras that are checked periodically to ensure occupancy and car limits are adhered to. The cameras view the driveway and entrance to the home.

Any fines issued by the City of Big Bear Lake are the responsibility of the guest. These are only issued if rules mentioned above are not followed.

If traveling in winter, we highly suggest purchasing trip insurance! We have a strict cancellation policy and will stand by it. Winter months can be challenging with snow, ice, road closures, and other things. Cover yourself by purchasing the trip insurance.

No refund will be made for cancellation due to weather, road conditions, acts of nature, mechanical failures, electrical failures or malfunctions with spas, TVs or other equipment, or for sighting of insects, rodents, or other animals. No refunds will be made for circumstances beyond the Homeowner’s control. Rescheduling is allowed if all roads have been closed into the area for 24 hours of check in time. Chains are often required and should be always carried. They may be needed to get in or out of Big Bear or your rental.

If all house rules are followed, then no extra charges will occur! Ultimately be respectful.
