Main House: a luxe king master suite, two queen bedrooms, one full bedroom, plus a show-stopping bunk room for 10 (five twin bunk sets). Guest House: three queen bedrooms and a 6-twin bunk room, plus its own full kitchen and two baths—ideal for extended families and multi-family trips. Shared perks include two full kitchens, comfy living rooms, and expansive dining areas that make feeding a crowd simple. Outside, enjoy private and exclusive use of the pool, volleyball & basketball courts, and wooded trails framed by ridgelines, fire pit, and treehouse—epic in winter snow and autumn color, refreshing all summer.

ACCESS: Enjoy full, exclusive access to both homes, the pool, courts, trails, and spacious grounds. Ample parking makes group arrivals easy. Observing the horses is very tranquil but we ask that you please look and don`t touch/feed.
