This desirable Eden Ridge townhome is a rare find and a great spot to call home during your trip to the mountains. Spacious bi-level unit featuring 2 bedrooms, 2 baths and spectacular mountain views located within walking distance of the Bethel village and just a quick 10 minute drive to world-class skiing and golf at Sunday River Resort. The fireplace is not operational.

To enjoy your next trip to this mountainside property, 4WD may be required during snowy months.

The views were amazing and the property was clean and tidy. The only issue was many of the outlets didnt work, and the area itself was hard to see at night, especially since the property is on top of a hill with winding roads and no lights.
