The charming building has a rich history with origins dating back to as early as the mid-1800s . The original structure burnt down and was rebuilt in 1918, but it is believed that parts of the early foundation still remain. It has operated as numerous businesses and has seen a handful of owners throughout its life. This newly-restored one bedroom suite on main floor features some original chestnut window trim, hardwood floors, locally-made Amish furniture, and beautiful views of historic downtown Berlin
The apartment is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Other standard amenities include a sofa bed, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.
