Ranch style home on half acre. Recently renovated home offers newer and updated amenities. The master bedroom with attached bath boasts a queen bed, tv, his/her sided closet, dresser and under bed storage. The attached bathroom has his/her dual-sinks, toilet, and tiled shower. Second bedroom has queen bed, dresser, and small closet. Second bathroom has shower/tub, toilet and sink. Living room offers electric fireplace, reclining couch and 2 separate recliners. Kitchen includes dishwasher, air fryer, toaster, and all the cookware/utensils as you would find in the comfort of your own home. Hightop counter seats 4 and additional dining room table seats 5-6.

Backyard has stone fire pit, outdoor swing set for kids, outdoor glass table seats four and wooden picnic table. Provided: hair dryer, bedding, blankets, and towels.

Ride your ATV directly from the driveway to Jericho State Park (lake): 6 miles away. Walking distance to Riverfire and ATV festival (or ride your ATV). The Driveway is 43' long and 23' wide.

Nearby: Walmart and restaurants; snowmobile trails (not direct access from home); 16 miles to Mount Washington Auto Road; 18 miles to Wildcat Ski Mountain; Bretton Woods and Attitash Ski Mt are both 34 miles. Also nearby is Santas Village (Jefferson), North Conway outlet stores/restaurants, many hiking/walking trails and mountains. Start or continue on your 4,000 footer journey by staying here.

great house right on the ATV trails

This house was perfect for a weekend getaway. The owners checked in via messenger to make sure we had everything we needed and were quick to respond when I messaged them. The house had a well stocked kitchen with dishes, pots and pans, etc., was very clean, had a grill and fire pit, and was right on the ATV trails. Several restaurants were within a 5-10 minute drive. We would definitely rent this home again
