We especially appreciated the quiet! The location was also perfect for us, since we arrived by train and left by train. We did not realize how close to the train station we were! The taxi drive who drove us from the train station to Urban Loft was EXTREMELY put out that we were going only 10 minutes away! He was very rude. But we had a delicious dinner right at the location and then for the next few days walked to many historic sites, wonderful restaurants, and even the movie theater to catch the opening day of Thunderbolts! Would definitely stay at Urban Loft again.

The staff are very welcoming, polite and friendly. The hotel is very clean and welcoming. Lovely views from the roof sitting area. The food looks lovely. Service in the evening was slow though, with one staff having to hotel service and serve drinks. A great stay thanks.

Great all rounder - Stay again!

Great location, very nice rooms with big window/balcony things. Great shower both pressure and temp, and the on site restaurant was alright. Right next to the main Hbf for getting around too

The hotel is very clean and modern. The rooms are comfortable and are the shower is excellent. The staff when we arrived at the property weren't very pleasent, we may speak different languages but facial expressions are universal. The staff were hit and miss depending on who was on, we got a lovely lafy who gave us options of places to go for drinks and then a nice gentleman who help us with food options. Overall it was a good dtay and nice hotel, some of the staff could be nicer.
