In winter, it's quiet and warm, close-by grocery and restaurant. The staff is very nice and responsive. There is no elevator, but it didn't bother me personally. Just be wary about opening and closing hours of the reception, or just make sure you have their phone num. when they are not open.

I had a wonderful stay at the apartment! It was very clean and comfortable, and I really appreciated how helpful the host was. The cleaning lady is super kind. There’s a well-equipped gym in the building, which was a great bonus. There’s a LIDL conveniently close by for shopping. While the flat is a bit further from the center, the bus station is just a 3-minute walk away, and the S-Bahn is only 10 minutes, so it was easy to get around. Thank you so much for everything!

I had a wonderful stay at the apartment! It was very clean and comfortable, and I really appreciated how helpful the host was. The cleaning lady is super kind. Very close 15 minute drive/uber from train station! The light up sign made it so easy for us to find the hotel when we arrived late at night I really appreciated the hotel sending me a WhatsApp to confirm some more details and also confirm when I would be arriving so that they could organise my room keys in the key boy! Communication was impeccable. Very good English and clear instructions. Our room was just wonderful. Me and my partner absolutely appreciated the memory foam pillows after 4 weeks of travelling with some shocking pillows in other hotels. Comfy bed! VERY soundproof, really modern, clean and stylish. They have put a lot of work into their hotel rooms. Would absolutely stay again if we come back to Berlin :)

It was very clean. It was modern and the room seemed new. Some reviews talked about highway noise but it was very quiet for us. We had a room that was facing an inner area and not on the highway. The shower was very nice. The digital key lock was convenient. The staff communicated via Whatsapp. The ride into Berlin city center is about 40 minutes on the S- and U-Bahn and easy.

This place is 10 minutes walk from train station. One bus is right in front of the building. I don’t like the decoration on the wall. Other than that, the room is very spacious, with all the kitchen stuff you need. It does have lift. Was very happy with my stay.

I LOVED the place! so much space! Elegant, Clean, great lighting, enormous shower. I was a bit nervous upon arrival with the digital entry because I didn't understand I needed to hold my phone so close to the door handle. And I was low on phone battery. But it worked brilliantly! 10 minutes walk to the Ku'Dam blvd with lots of restaurants and shops!

Wunderbare kleine oder auch größere Appartments. Ich habe inzwischen mehrfach hier übernachtet. Unmittelbar vor dem Gebäude liegt die Stadtautobahn. Insofern sind die Zimmer mit Balkon die bessere Wahl, da zum Hinterhof gerichtet. Einen Parkplatz habe ich bis dato immer unmittelbar vor dem Gebäude gefunden. Die Wohnungen sind sehr gut ausgestattet, Max eine Klimaanlage wäre noch wünschenswert. Die Zimmer haben aber alle eine Standventilator. Das Gym im EG ist der Hammer und mit professionellen Technogym-Geräten ausgestattet. Ich freue mich aufs nächste Mal!

Good stay

The faces was a good little apartment for a short stay. The bed wasnt that comfortable but thats probably because it was too hard for our liking. Also the shower leaked and the walls were abit scruffy. Is is next to the main motorway which can be noisey but nothing that would keep you awake at night.
