The style is marked by the old Berlin charm. The apartment is a former newspaper store in a quite side street right next to Schiller Park. The entrance from the street leads into a spacious living area with a double sleeping couch and dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped. The hallway leads to the bedrooms and bathroom. The larger bedroom has one queen size and one full size bed. The smaller bedroom has a double bunk bed. The ceilings of the apartment are extra high and it has wood and laminate flooring.
I always provide fresh sheets and towels.

Erdgeschoss Ferienwohnung

Wir waren für zwei Nächte in dieser Ferienwohnung. Die Ansicht vom Haus ist nicht schön aber die Beschreibung und die Fotos von der Erdgeschoss-Ferienwohnung ist absolut zutreffend. Alles ordentlich und sauber für eine Altbauwohnung. Warmes Wasser, viele Fernsehprogramme sind vorhanden. Sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung, so wie es im Inserat beschrieben steht. Was ich auch nicht als selbstverständlich halte, genug Toilettenpapier, Spüllappen, Schwamm, Geschirrtuch, Küchenrolle, Kaffeefilter, Kaffee, Tee u.s.w waren vorhanden. Bei Fragen war der nette Vermieter auch immer zu erreichen. Wir haben gut geschlafen und der Aufenthalt war in Ordnung.
