I was disappointed that the air conditioning wasn’t working and spent my stay sweating instead of relaxing. It is not fair for the amount of money I paid to not have AC in a super hot room. House keeping didn’t even change the towels or gave shampoo or soap. They went in fixed the bed and left

Chosen for the pictures on the website, I had not understood correctly that this was truly a 'resort' - my bad I suppose. I was allocated a ground floor apartment quite a way from the hotel reception, which proved a little hard to find. Upon entering, I was not enamoured with the long shape of the room, nor by the many floor to ceiling windows, all of which looked out on a shared terrace area, where smokers meant I could not even open the windows on a hot afternoon. In addition, the air-con was not working. I waited for 30 minutes, without unpacking to see if the air-con could be fixed but it couldn't. I therefore left the room and went back to reception to demand a new room. I was allocated a disabled room in the main hotel, which was much better and I decided I could deal with the 'disabled features' of the room. I requested a kettle and a cup on 2 separate occasions and was finally delivered these. I opted for the buffet evening meal but, to be honest, I was shocked at the cost (€40) for the assortment and quality given. This was not worth it. After retiring to my room I noticed that there were cobwebs and spiders in every corner of the high-ceilinged room but I was just too exhausted to complain about this too. The air-con in this room was also only mediocre. Wi-Fi was an OK speed, bed was comfortable and the room was spacious. Breakfast the next morning was a massive 'free for all' and not that good. I won't choose to stay here again.

Vi havde bestilt og betalt for lejlighed med søudsigt, 1 plan og køjesenge til børnene. Men da vi kom, blev vi anvist til et anden indkvartering, fordi hotellet var fyldt. Der var ikke sovepladser nok, men efter henvendelse blev der redt op på en elendig sovesofa på et andet plan end vi andre skulle sove. Ingen udsigt. Ved henvendelse fastholdes, at vi jo har fået en ‘opgradering’ af indkvartering. Det passede bare ikke vores behov, og det er tydeligvis ligegyldigt. Derudover havde vi valgt stedet for deres indendørs opvarmede pool, men varmeanlægget var åbenbart gået i stykker. Heller ingen tegn på beklagelse. Fair at det er måden, man vil drive hotel på, men vi havde brugt et anseeligt beløb på at få et par gode dage, og det blev det ikke. Jeg vil fraråde at booke dette hotel, hvis service og aftaler betyder noget for en.

Preis Leistungsverhältnis passt überhaupt nicht. Das Hotel ist total in die Jahre gekommen, Checkin katastrophal, wurden direkt zum warten weggeschickt. Nach 30min warten (sollten eigentlich nur 5min warten) sind wir erst zum Abendessen in ein anderes Restaurant gefahren. Kein Bettzeug auf dem Zimmer für die Schlafcouch. Beim duschen flutet man das Badezimmer, Dichtungen in der Dusche alle kaputt. An der Rezeption waren nur Leute die sich beschwert haben. Hier läuft definitiv einiges falsch. Immerhin ist das Frühstück und die Lage super.

Das Zimmer ausreichend groß und sauber. Das Frühstück sehr gut und die Lage einfach spitze. Mit den Öffis kommt man überall hin. Das Personal an der Rezeption sehr professionell. Im Restaurant, beim Frühstück, etwas konfus, da ist noch Luft nach oben. Die Pools leider sehr kalt. Insgesamt schönes Hotel.

Wir hatten im Vorhinein um 1 Zimmer mit Badewanne gebeten und auf eine frühe Anreise hingewiesen.Ein sehr freundlicher euroasiatischer Rezeptionsmitarbeiter wollte uns schon gegen 13 Uhr das Zimmer geben, aber es hatte keine Badewanne.Dann nahm das Schicksal seinen Lauf.Auf das neue Zimmer warteten wir dann 2 Stund3n und wurden, da der ursprüngliche Mitarbeiter seinen Dienst bereits beendet hatte, nicht sehr kundenorientiert betreut.Das Haus ist in die Jahre gekommen, die Matratzen durchgelegen und 30% des Lederinterieurs ist zerfetzt oder gerissen.Das Hotel entspricht in keiner Weise einem 4 Sterne Superior Niveau.Doch, sorry, der Barkeeper entspricht diesem Niveau.Ich habe im Haus in den letzten Jahren mehrmals gewohnt, es befindet sich aber inzwischen im freien Fall! Schade eigentlich, denn die Lage ist wunderschön und man könnte so viel daraus machen.Wir kommen definitiv aufgrund von Ansprache, Wartungsstau und Desinteresse am Kunden nicht mehr wieder

Lage und Umfeld: Das Resort besticht durch seine schöne und ruhige Lage. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der direkte Zugang zum See inklusive eines Bootsanlegers, der allerdings mangels Geländern teilweise etwas abenteuerlich zu begehen ist. Da wir in der Nebensaison reisten, waren die Grünflächen zwar noch nicht vollständig gepflegt, dafür bot die Anlage jedoch eine angenehme Ruhe, die wir hervorragend zur Entspannung nutzen konnten. Gastronomie und Service: Das Frühstück erfüllte unsere Erwartungen vollkommen; es war vielseitig, ausreichend bestückt und Speisen wurden zeitnah nachgefüllt. Ein sehr ansprechender Service war zudem das kostenfreie Angebot an Wasser und frischem Obst in der Lobby. Das Zimmerpersonal sowie die Mitarbeiter der hauseigenen Bar zeigten sich ausgesprochen freundlich. Etwas . Verbesserungswürdig: Kritikpunkte sehen wir im Wellness- und Fitnessbereich. Die Wassertemperatur des Indoorpools war bedauerlicherweise recht kühl, was den Erholungsfaktor minderte. Zudem präsentiert sich der Fitnessraum mit älteren Geräten etwas in die Jahre gekommen. An der Rezeption fiel uns eine Mitarbeiterin auf, die sich sehr schüchtern verhielt und kaum Augenkontakt suchte. Dies hinterließ bei uns bedauerlicherweise einen etwas unfreundlichen Eindruck. Zudem empfanden wir die Parkgebühr von 12 Euro pro Nacht als unverhältnismäßig teuer. Fazit: Abgesehen von der zu niedrigen Pooltemperatur und einigen kleineren Mängeln war unser Aufenthalt insgesamt absolut in Ordnung.

Wir werden das Sunday Resort nicht nochmal besuchen und auch nicht empfehlen. Es ging damit an, dass unser Zimmer erst eine halbe Stunde nach Check in Zeit bezugsfertig war. An der Rezeption wurde mit mir diskutiert, ob ich Frühstück gebucht hätte oder nicht. Alle Expedia Angebote beinhalten Frühstück, das wusste das Personal nicht… In unserem Zimmer angekommen fanden wir Spinnennetze und Spinnen in den Ecken. Der Spiegel/die Dusche wiesen Tropfen auf. Das Bad war veraltet und etwas eklig. Der Fernseher konnte nur eine Handvoll (nicht interessante) Sender vorzeigen. Die klassischen deutschen Sender gingen nicht, aber Hauptsache Sender für Ersachsene.. Der Außenpool war gesperrt und war trüb und eklig, bei über 25 Grad hatten wir uns sehr auf eine Abkühlung gefreut. Überall auf dem Gelände waren die Mülleimer überfüllt und an mehreren Stellen stapelten sich Getränkekisten und/oder Müll. Es war bemerkbar, dass kaum Personal dort angestellt war.. der Wehrmutstropfen war der ausgezeichnete Italiener um die Ecke des Resorts..

Die Anlage ist in einem schlechten Pflegezustand, der Außenpool war nicht nutzbar, das Personal hat seinen Service auf das Nötigste beschränkt, das Frühstücksbuffet wirkte oftmals arg geplündert und es wurde nur zögerlich oder auf Nachfrage das Fehlende ergänzt - Anspruch und Wirklichkeit klaffen hier weit auseinander - es ist sicherlich kein Premium-Resort.

Der innenpool war nicht nutzbar, da angeblich Heizung kaputt. Man wurde aber darüber nicht informiert. Verbindung mit Internet konnte Personal nicht helfen, da dieses nicht funktionierte. Man musste sich selber im Netz eine Lösung suchen. Wir wurden vor allem nicht informiert, dass es nicht „Precise Resort“ heisst! Frühstück war gut. Allerdings gab es keinerlei Abwechslung. Viele heisse Esswaren waren knapp lauwarm. Abendessen ist ein kompletter Reinfall. Es gibt nur Buffet. Nichts kleineres.

Innenpool 20 Grad und kalt, von 3 kleinen Saunen waren nur 2 in Betrieb, Duschen im Sauna-Bereich zT defekt und ohne Beleuchtung, kein Wasserspender im Sauna und Poolbereich DZ sehr klein und gr Schrank als Raumteiler in die Mitte gestellt, dahinter ein Waschbecken direkt im Zimmer Wassertank der Kaffeemaschine gebrochen Alles in allem nicht mal annähernd diese Sterne wert. Sehr enttäuschend!!! Nie wieder!!!

Das Frühstück war wir wirklich unglaublich gut, das Zimmer ausreichend groß und die Lage sehr schön, direkt am Schwielowsee. Mein Frühstück in der schönen Veranda mit Blick auf dem See und alter Bäume traumhaft. Das Personal durchweg freundlich. Leider war weder das Schwimmbad Aussen noch Innen beheizt, auch ein Fahrstuhl war dauerhaft kaputt. Bis zum Schluss fiel es mir schwer den Weg von einem Fahrstuhl zum nächsten zu finden, das sollte durch genauere Hinweise gekennzeichnet werden.

Das Zimmer war abgenutzt,muss man schon mal erneuern in einem 4 Sterne Hotel, entsprach nicht den 4 Sternen, Fahrstuhl war defekt, na danke 5. Etage und Arthrose im Knie. Unfreundliches Personal… hat sich alles zum negativen entwickelt in den letzten Jahren. Hervorragend ist immer noch das Frühstück, aber das Personal tut sich schwer im abräumen.

Ich war mit meiner Familie dort und habe dort meinen Geburtstag gefeiert. Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Das einzig negative ist, das Hunde im Resort erlaubt sind, man jedoch diese nicht mit ins Restaurant nehmen kann und einen Couchtisch an der Rezeption bekommt.

Leider hatten wir keine gute Erfahrung. Als wir ankamen, erfuhren wir, dass der Fahrstuhl zu unserem Stockwerk nicht funktioniert und angeblich erst ab Montag wieder in Betrieb genommen werden kann. Wir sind am Freitag angereist. So mussten wir mit unserer gehbehinderten Tochter durch ein kleines Treppenhaus in den 4. Stock laufen. Erst auf Nachfrage bot man uns an jemanden mitzuschicken, um die Koffer zu transportieren. Eine kleine Wiedergutmachung der Umstände gab es nicht. Im Zimmer ging morgens kein heißes Wasser. Das Wasser wurde lediglich lauwarm. Im SpaBereich funktionierte nur 1 Dusche. Im Außenpool lag dauerhaft ein Reinigungskabel. Das Frühstück war gut, das Servicepersonal auch sehr nett. Die Mitarbeiter am Empfang wirkten überfordert oder abgestumpft, man hatte nicht das Gefühl hier willkommen zu sein. Auch sollten laut Webseite zwei Restaurants geöffnet sein. Das stimmte nicht, lediglich ein Lokal hat geöffnet. Wirklich schade, das so ein toller Ort in der Lage und ein Resort in der Kategorie solche einen Eindruck hinterlässt.
