Very courteous and helpful staff. The room was large and kitchenette was well stocked. There was a Nespresso machine in the room, but no coffee, sugar or creamer. I was able to get some at the front desk. The parking situation at the hotel (and Berlin overall) was frustrating. The hotel has a handful of parking spot in a parking garage. There are no other parking garages in the area. The first night all of their spots in the garage were full so we had to hunt for a parking spot in the surrounding area. The second night one opened up in their garage that we were able to take. Overall the hotel was nice, clean and had a friendly staff. The only complaint is the parking situation.

Lobby was nice and staff were friendly. Room was clean but quite small, well stocked with dishes for two as we like to have breakfast in our room rather than go out or spend €15-19 for the hotel breakfast. I always appreciate bedside tables on both sides, but there were no bedside lamps. We needed to request capsules for the coffee machine in our room, but after the first night they stated a €.60/capsule charge. The hotel was in a good location, 2 blocks to the U bahn, and walking distance to many sites and shopping.

Really lovely apartment just minutes from check point Charlie and the Kochstrasse u bahn. Shopping options really close by with Lidl and a whole foods store within an easy 2 min walk. The apartment was very quiet, well equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Only downside was the 1 English speaking channel on the tv, which you could fix by taking a Google tv or by casting. Would recommend and stay again.

Overall, my stay was very good. No real complaints. The staff were friendly. The room clean and comfortable. The only negative is that rooms are not air conditioned. So, if it is a hot day the room will be too hot to sleep in.

Room looked nothing like the photos on the one I booked. No air con, the room was upwards of 34°. The reception staff claimed they couldn't understand English when I asked about air con/fan they said there was one in the room. I insisted there wasn't. They said they would try and get one but it seemed like they couldn't be bothered. A fan was delivered to the room but was completely ineffective. When I said that we couldn't stay there and asked for a refund, they shrugged their shoulders and said because we booked through Hotels.com we weren't entitled to a refund. The customer service was appalling. We booked a different hotel, more central and with air con for less money and helpful and friendly staff. DO NOT GO TO MONDRIAN SUITES you do NOT get what you pay for!

Good sized apartment and a few supermarkets nearby for supplies which was really useful. Also very close to the metro for transport options. The interior of the rooms felt a little tired and the sofa bed was old and sagged badly which is reflected in the overall scores.
