The staff are kind . The breakfast is good and delicious although it is very basic , at least I am stuff. The supermarket Rewe is adjacent . However , it seems all European hotels do not provide toothbrush and toothpaste . Unfortunately , this hotel does not provide USB socket for me to charge my smartphone . I am happy with this hotel . Thank you very much .

This was our 5th stay, it’s a great little hotel with very decent prices, the rooms are practical, clean and warm. The closeness to public transport and shopping excellent. We will book for next year again

This was my second stay here. It is a great location with excellent public transportation only a five minute walk away. It is clean and personnel is relatively friendly. I will always stay there again because it is inexpensive. I also prefer staying on the 5th floor facing the back because it is very quite. My one complaint is that it needs to be completely overhauled because some things are just plain broken and falling apart. You get what you paid for *smile*.

The hotel is close to public transport (S+ U Bahn), shops and restaurants. It is also a 10min walk to the Berlin Botanic Garden (worth a visit). The room was clean, there were always fresh towels, and the breakfast is good. The hotel does show signs of wear and tear, the bathroom in my room needed an upgrade (better lighting), and the location on a busy street means that you can hear traffic if the window is open. However, if you are using the hotel as a base for day trips or a short stay, these are minor issues.

I was allocated a room that had broken toilet flush and broken wardrobe. It was also not really clean. They were full and could not change the room. I was allocated a better room for further two nights that I had booked through a different website. The staff were friendly and helpful but the property is generally not clean.
