Great hotel with friendly and helpful staff, especially Max. The location was perfect with U and S bahn stations all within a 10 min walk. A variety of restaurants are also within walking distance as is the main shopping street where KaDeWe is located. Breakfast was good with a decent selection of food options, though the hot selection could offer something different daily. However, I would recommend this hotel as there were more positives than negatives.

Having stayed at other Hampton Hilton hotels I knew what to expect - a room with curtains that shut completely and a clean, modern, slight premium feel and a very good breakfast. With a comfortable sofa and a good range of TV channels, you can’t complain, it’s like a home away from home. The only improvement would be to put domes over the hot food in the breakfast hall so the scrambled eggs and such stay hot or warm.

This location was perfect for our trip and the facilities very good. Staff were very nice and helpful. The breakfast was super. The only improvement I can offer is the mattress in room 511 needs upgrading. It is well past it's prime and was like sleeping on a board.
