Staff were very polite and always ready to help. Room was comfortable. We did have a leak in the bathroom sink but this was resolved. Breakfast was a great selection of hot food and continental breakfast, really pleased with that. Easy to get around Berlin, so particularly perfect if you're in town for not too long and need to cram lots in!

Good place in a convenient location in Berlin. Staff were lovely and super helpful. Unfortunately air conditioning didn’t work properly and the room was very warm in the evening.

We had a great stay. The breakfast buffet has lots of choice. Hotel is located close to lots of transit plus you can easily walk to many of the main sites like the Brandenurg gate and Tiergarten. Would def stay here again.

The pillows on the bed were way too thin and almost completely flat offering no head and neck support at all. This needs addressing, especially for somebody with a neck problem like myself. Staff would only give two extra towels to place underneath the pillows for added support. No more than two. The issue should not be with the towels but should be with the quality and standard of the pillows.

Great breakfast! This is a clean, modern property, and very well-maintained; it covers all the basics at a reasonable price, punching well above its weight. Beds and linens were great, easy internet access. The staff was wonderful. This hotel is an excellent base from which to see many Berlin monuments, many of which are walkable from the hotel, and the Naturkundemuseum U-Bahn station was less than a block away—The Berlin Hbf (main station) is about a 15 min walk. Super convenient. I would, without a doubt stay again!

Great staff, good area to be around. Berlin is a really safe city, and the people are quite nice. Hotel breakfast had a great selection of foods and the food was fresh every morning. I would definitely recommend, especially for the price point!

Comfortable stay in Berlin

We stayed here as part of our honeymoon trip around Europe. The hotel was easy walking distance from the station and the room was comfortable. We had all the amenities we needed and the location was ideal for the plans we had in Berlin. There is a tram stop outside and a metro station nearby for trips further afield. I booked this hotel as they offered laundry facilities, however these are quite pricy and there is a laundrette round the corner which we used instead. We would stay here again if we were to visit Berlin again.
