Fewo mit Abzügen

Die Lage der Fewo war perfekt für unsere Bedürfnisse (ruhiges Wohngebiet, Nähe zu den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln). Gefallen hat uns auch die Größe der Wohnung und der Parkplatz direkt am Haus.Flecken an den Sitzkissen der Essstühle, auf dem Teppich (Wohnzimmer, Flur, Schlafzimmer) und das in die Jahre gekommene Badezimmer wirkte auf uns persönlich nicht so einladend. Daher auch der Abzug bei der Bewertung der Sauberkeit.

Berlin ist immer eine Reise wert und mittlerweile auch mit dem Fahrrad gut zu erkunden. Die Ferienwohnung von Herrn Preß in Alt-Lankwitz eignet sich gut als Startpunkt für Touren am Teltowkanal, ins Zentrum und darüber hinaus. In der ruhig gelegenen Wohnung im Grünen kann man sich anschließend gut erholen.

Ein Glücksgriff!

Die Wohnung entspricht der Beschreibung. Sie ist geräumig, in einer sehr ruhigen und gepflegten Wohngegend. Wenn man selber kochen möchte: Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet mit allem, was man dafür braucht. Das WLAN ist schnell. Da ich mit dem Auto unterwegs war, war ich sehr zufrieden, dass es einen Stellplatz auf dem Gelände gibt. Die Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr ist ausgezeichnet: Eine Buslinie führt direkt am Haus vorbei. Wenn man lieber zu Fuß unterwegs ist, findet man Geschäfte und Restaurants in der Nähe. Die Schlüsselübergabe (beim Nachbarn) klappte reibungslos, der Vermieter ist freundlich und gut telefonisch erreichbar.

Wohnung in Lankwitz

Wohnung roch nicht gut, wahrscheinlich durch viele Teppiche. Wohnungstür -Schloss defekt-schwer zum öffnen. Toilettenspülung defekt. Küche sehr ungepflegt: Besitzer wohnt selbst in dieser Fewo-in allen Schränken private Sachen. Kann man sich nicht so richtig wohl fühlen. Hatten schon viele Fewos, das hatten wir noch nie.
