We had a great time at Te Gjyshi. Located right by the fort and owned by the restaurant, with the same name, that has a long history of serving guests in Berat. The place was newly renovated and the views were better than shown in the pictures. Restaurant served delicious Albanian cuisine and you received a discount for being a hotel guest. For breakfast you didnt get a choice to choose qhat you would like but what they served was again delicious. We especially loved how close we were to the fortress, and the old town was a short distance down hill. Going uphill after a day of exploring is a bit of a work out but manageable. Overall, loved our stay here and would definitely come back.

L'établissement se trouve sur le rond point qui mène au château (ne pas se fier à Maps et encore moins à Waze). Super emplacement, super vue sur la ville, château à 2 pas, chambres très confortable et restaurant très agréable (on y a eu un concert le samedi soir). Petit déjeuner un peu lent à être servi (pour trouver un point négatif...)

El hotel es ideal, cerca del castillo y justo al lado de la cuesta que baja a la zona del rio. El unico punto negativo es que la propietaria no habla ingles aunque hizo todo lo posible con el traductor por lo que no se puede considerar negativo

The property is new and I had a nice view from the outside terrace. The owners were really kind and the breakfast was good
