A great location in the old town Berat, with a nice outside patio looking out over the old town which was a great sun spot for coffee in the morning. Rooms are comfortable, not luxurious. If you want to stay in a traditional ottoman style building this is a great choice. There are a choice of bars and restaurants within few minutes walk. The hotel offered a traditional menu.

Yes, Internet was ok. Staff was helpful and friendly. This hotel was in a very old and nice looking building, but there was no lift, With luggages can be a challenge, but staff can help and also you can expect building of this age to have lifts. Breakfast was good, a combination of continental breakfast and traditional cuisine.

The location of the hotel is perfect and close to Berat castle. The hotel is beautiful with authentic Albanian architectural style preserved in the smallest details. We had a one night stay at Hotel Onufri, location was excellent, close to everything, beautiful views from the Terrace. Private parking was invaluable as the Hotel is very near to the Castle which gets very busy. Staff very helpful and Hotel very clean, would definitely recommend.

The hotel has a great location, near the bottom of the hill leading up to the castle but out of the busyness of the streets at the river level. The rooms are spacious and nicely styled and the breakfast was ample and varied.

Don’t hesitate, stay here!

Fantastic hotel with the kindest staff. The location was perfect. The room is clean and the windows were huge! We were awoken to birds chirping in the morning and were surprised to learn they were pet birds kept in cages below our window. Great hotel with easy parking, easy walking distance to the castle. Breakfast is great too.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at On Fri Hotel. The room was very nice, with a wall of windows looking out on the town and a decorative wood ceiling. The hotel was very conveniently located for walking to the touristic sites in Berat and the free parking worked well. The staff was very attentive and helpful and the breakfast was good. The hotel was a highlight of our 4 week tour of Albania and North Macedonia.
