Great house, broken hot tub

The house is great. Clean, comfortable, great beds, good location, and a full garage for your car and bikes! Communication with the hosts was also great...until I reported the hot tub stopped working. (On day 2 the hot tub control pad showed an error message and the water started smelling swampy; by day 3 it was gross.) The host said they would send someone out, but there was no follow up. Ultimately they refunded 50 which was the "hot tub portion" of the overall bill.

Great place!

Exactly as pictured, clean, excellent location (less than 5 minute bike ride downtown). The hot tub was a huge draw for me, and was clean and easy to use. Highly recommend!

It was great

The property was great and very clean. The location was super convenient and close to everything. Traveled with 3 young kids and they had a blast. The only thing to be aware of is the garage is pretty shallow. I drive an oversized SUV, Yukon XL, and couldn’t shut the garage door. It wasn’t a big deal but something to be mindful of if you need the security. The remote was a little finicky on the TV but looked like a dog may have chewed on it a bit overall a great experience and great property, would definitely. Book again if we come back.

We have a family of 5 and they had absolutely everything we needed. Nice and clean, beds were comfy and decor was modern. Definitely would recommend to anyone heading to Bentonville!

Bentonville bike getaway

Location was perfect for access to MTB trails. Property was clean. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room for a family. The garage access was nice especially with bikes. We would definitely stay again!

Beautiful little place!

We had a really great stay! The customer service was incredible! We had some small issues initially getting checked in with the code (had to use five different codes before it opened the door) but Cohova was very communicative and helpful through it.

Great place to stay!

The property is as it is in the pictures. My husband and I came for a weekend getaway and loved this place. It can definitely fit more than just 2 people, with 3 bedrooms and closets with mattresses so if people want to crash on the floor they can. Easy walking distance to downtown and easy access to lots of different mountain biking trails. We didn't drive the whole weekend. We loved it and will definitely come back with our kids next time to stay.

Thanksgiving with family

Super clean, well equipped (except for cookware and bakeware),everything in working order, and the hot tub was well-used. This was just the kind of place that we were hoping it would be. If our needs tend this way again, this place will be high on our list.

Fabulous location

This place was perfect for our trip. Stayed here with my family of six. Just a few blocks from the trails (both Slaughter pen and Coler) and the downtown square. We biked everywhere! Loved the hot tub, and place was clean with all of the basic needs. Only suggestions would be more comfortable seating in living room and more cooking supplies (measuring cups, large frying pan, charcoal for grill). But still loved this place and would happily stay here again!
